Spring Villa Hotel

I’ve stayed a night in a police drunk tank before so I can’t say this is the worst place I’ve stayed. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. The front door is locked and you have to call a phone number posted on the front door to check in. No front counter or concierge. The staff was friendly but the place is in serious need of renovation.

Family of 4 stayed here a few nights ago. This is a Mom and Pop run hotel.There was no front desk at the time and you had to call a number and have a guy show up to check you in. I think he was working in the kitchen at a restaurant down the street, so it took about 15 min for someone to show up. So it was kind of weird, but I got keys with everything I needed to know was on the key chain. The building is old and carpets, furniture etc a bit run down. But it looked like we had new sink, toilet, countertop and TV. We were in a room at the back which was great as it was away from the noise of Harleys and trucks on the street out front.If you factor in the price (<$200), the location (can't be beat), the A/C was cold (we were here in 37oC weather), the water in the shower was hot, the TV worked (had netflix) Comfy beds, the room was big (we stored our bikes in here) and it was clean (On our trip we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and Super 8 that were more updated but were dirty and smelly. My wife almost made the kids shower with flip flops on at the super 8 and we had to change rooms at the Holiday Inn as the tub wouldn't drain and the room stank...we paid $300 for these experiences). So we give this place 4 stars. We enjoyed two days in Harrison and didn't get back in the car once we parked here.

Run by a nice Pakistani family new to the country! Clean rooms and comfortable beds but you must call as there is no front desk…. Right by the Lake!

I've worked in hotels before so I usually keep my expectations low when staying in one... booked a room here for two nights and super pleasantly surprised!! TV has Netflix and cable, I always rewash coffee pots and bathtubs at hotels anyway so the state of cleanliness wasn't really something that stood out here, good or bad. We are just happy to be so close to everything that our car is staying parked all weekend. Pretty standard rooms! Great AC, decent sized fridge (no freezer) and some storage for longer stays. Clean and comfortable beds, blackout curtains and found the staff really helpful at check-in. Call the number listed out front and they come right over. Free parking throughout your stay; The rooms overlook the parking lot out back so you can see your car, which I really liked. And the pub is only 200m away!! Definitely would stay here again.

Hot water worked. It was a great price for the location. It definitely is not as luxurious as the other more resort style hotels nearby. But if you need somewhere to lay your head and enjoy Harrison, then this place is perfect. The staff was extremely accommodating to our late arrival, the room was dated but clean, and the hot water worked.

No front desk! No elevator! so after long driving you have to call a number, wait 10-15 min and someone will show up, then u have to carry your luggage upstairs… this is definitely not a hotel***

The room carpets were dirty, and our electricity kept cutting out during our stay. Another customer was having the same problem; I could hear her arguing in the hallway with the owners. We had to argue with the staff to get a refund. Don't go here.
