After arriving home from a weekend away, we found our upstairs bathroom pipe burst in the wall and flooded the entire floor including the finished basement. We called our insurance and Service Master showed up. Very professional staff that immediately went into action removing all the water tearing out the wall fixing the pipe and installing dryers everywhere. Repairs are underway and we’re very relieved work is being done, right!

Remodeled our basement bathroom. Absolute mess of a job. Had to have them come back and fix" the mistakes several times. Shower was not installed properly as it leaks and has cracks. Leading to water damage on our vinyl flooring and mold on baseboards. Kinda ironic that they are known for fixing and repairing water damage but couldn't even install a shower properly

The insurance company we used hired these guys to remove and repair after a flood in our basement in February. They started by dropping off a leaking dehumidifier to help" with the moisture which puddled on the floor. It took several weeks before they dropped a big dumpster in our driveway without notice and instructing us to remove all damaged items in the basement. I have requested assistance removing some large items over a month ago
