I have been buying their paperbacks for years. But I became a rewards member two years ago. Their Manuel processing system for rewards is outdated and terrible. It could be alot faster if they used a system similar to checkout 51. Don't even think about buying a eBook from them. They don't support the Kindle format or allow you to move your book to Kindle even though they sell books on Kindle. And please don't me started on their mobile apps which are a clumsy waste of space. What this company fails to comprehend is that most people do their business on their phones. And they what applications from companies that understand that fact. Other publishing companies when you buy eBooks from them allow the consumer to download the books in the format of their current eReaders not demand they jump through hoops to read their books.
