Our first visit was from Joe and he was courteous , friendly and professional and very observant . We were happy with the results and when I called back to say I wanted them to check the box they informed me they already had . Rocky also came out to do a top up for us and we were pleased with his professionalism and friendly efficient manner . I have been happy to recommend their services to friends and neighbours.

I called the company to come to my home to get rid of mice in the house. After 10-14 days we still heard noises coming from the basement and on the main floor of the house. I was told to call back. I called back main times in one day (10 times) and every time I called all I got was a voicemail each and every time. I left messages for them to call me back but no one called. I will never recommended this company to anyone. I have called another company to come in to get rid of any mice that are still in the house. The company I called Rentokil responded to me right away with a call back and are coming to solve my problem with the mice. They also are coming back after two weeks as a follow-up. They put traps outside the house and inside the house also. As I said I will never recommend Quality Pest Control to anyone every. This company is so bad. I also checked the BBB and the comments are so bad. This company isn’t even part of the BBB. Stay away from them. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just recently we had a mice infestation in our home. We tried to deal with it ourselves but were unsuccessful, so we called Quality Affordable Pest Control for help. Rocky was very helpful, he not only helped us get rid of the infestation, but he also walked us through what he did, and walked around the house looking for, and closing off, all the possible entrances for the mice to enter. I brought home bedbugs from a hotel I was staying at. I woke up with bites all down my back. I called Quality Affordable Pest Control and they took care of it no problem. They fumigated everything and I never had another bite since. Great job!
