Went to get vape coils an hour ago—- gave me the wrong size. Small ones although I told them what I need- worst place ever. Never go here— everything is over priced on top of untrained people

Nice little hole in the wall store.Great selection on juices and disposable devices for mtl and rdtl uses. Not as big for coils or more involved devices. If you do pods, or disposables this is an amazing place, if you want bigger devices or specific coils, you may find them here too, but that is a bit of a toss.Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is nice and clean.

Used to be my goto store... Not what it is used to be - when it was Smokavana. Ejuice prices are way too high for instance) shop around) and the customer service is definitely not as good.

Been there just once but would absolutely recommend everyone to go there. The shop is cute and little yet equipped with all the necessary vape stuff and more than enough space for the customers. Everything is organised very neatly and keeping things in mind that if a customer enters the store they can look at all of their items with just z glance. The best thing was the atmosphere, it was friendly and calm. Loved the place.

I started vaping just as this location opened, which has been many years now I can honestly say that I go to vapanda only, no need for me to change to a different vape shop as I can get all my vaping products at vapanda. I was in the store yesterday and frustrated as my vape was not working, I went into the store and started speaking to the staff, they are always so happy, and helpful. Yesterday I was so frustrated and I had the pleasure of being served, I believe by the manager and I have never seen someone understanding of my situation, all my problems were solved as usual by all the great staff at vapanda on Bank Street & Heron Road. This used to be ( THE FRIENDLIEST VAPE STORE IN OTTAWA) I've been a customer since day one when it was called Smokava, just bought my caliburn kit and got defective pod. Returned 15 minutes later and the girl was cold ,rude and wouldn't replace the pod. I asked to speak with Joe, and she refused. I stated to her that my Wife and I will never shop there again.

Awesome place. I grabbed a bong from there a week or so and a grinder just yesterday. Earlier today my down-stem got stuck but wasn't airtight, so I was basically wasting my herb. I got the stem out but unfortunately a good chunk of the bong came with it.I explained what happened, not expecting a refund 'cause it's glass. I even told the guy I'm gonna be leaving the place with a new bong regardless and not to feel bad.They gave me ~30% off any other bong in the store regardless of value. Now, I'm no bong/paraphernalia snob, if it works, great. That's all I care about. But man I left that place with a sweeeeet piece of glass.Everyone there is super nice, the pipes are gorgeous and they have some fairly priced grinders. It's right next to a, uh, 'dispensary' too.I've been to quite a few head shops and gone through a lot of bongs, and this is definitely going to be the only place I buy them from now on... The discount was probably a one time thing (Big Boss was in) but regardless. That's how you do business.
