Very disappointed in the lack of customer service here.My husband had the misfortune to get a flat tire (right outside this shop) on his way to work. He asked to borrow a wrench and was told 'NO, come back at 8 o'clock! No Good Samaritans here!I had to haul his toolbox to Steinbach and was almost late for work myself as a result. When I went in to talk to them at the desk I was met with excuses and defensive postures. They lost two tyre sales today as a result. Went elsewhere."

After having work done here for several years and being a happy customer, I had one experience that left me feeling like I was completely taken advantage of. I was over charged for work that I figured should have taken way less time then it did, but I guess I'm at fault too because the one time I didn't request a quote on said work, I was gouged. I tried discussing this with the service desk but was ultimately given excuses, and I paid my over priced bill and told them bluntly that I'd take my business elsewhere in the future. It really is to bad, because not only was it my business they lost, but that of all my adult kids and anyone else that asks me for a good place to have mechanical work done. I'm no longer interested in discussing this matter further as I know this will be the reply I will receive in answer to this review, but buyer beware. If getting work done here, ALWAYS request a quote first and how them accountable.

The service was excellent, they booked us for first thing the next morning, and talked us through every step and even got us on the road an hour earlier than expected. Really thankful to have more confidence driving home now!

I went to OK tire after going to one shop loyally for quite some time. When that shop changed hands and the quality changed I went to my cars dealer for a quote, and was being told to replace parts I had just replaced. It was then suggested to me to go to OK tire and get my car looked over there.I am beyond happy with the mechanical service, customer service, and overall shop there. No one has suggested unnecessary work, they have gone above and beyond in helping me love my car again. I've even sent my friends here.If you're wondering about bringing your car here, just go for it. You won't be disappointed.

The complete coolant tank was empty when i picked up my car.I found this put when i checked my car and when I called the shop they said they didn't touch my coolant tank at all.When i dropped of my car the coolant tank was complete full.They had to change a bearing by the altonator that's it.it was shot.I was just lucky that i didn't drive with my car long distance just home and parked it overwise it can lead to overheating the engine and i would have to replace to complete engine properly depending on the damage.Will defintive not more going there.
