MAPLE LEAF SQUARE

Beautiful at night, and especially in the summertime. (In winter nights it's still pretty, but super cold!). In the summer you can hear everyone chatting lively on patios, restaurants, and there can even be a live jazz band. Wonderful! Clock itself is ok, but the whole street experience is very charming. Wish it was longer!

This is the statue of the guy after whom the place Gastown was named. A definite must do for anyone visiting Vancouver and who come to see the historic steam clock. It's just 2 blocks down from the clock.Many restaurants line this place. It's very touristy and fun!

If you go through gas town the place to be is Maple leaf square with Constant live entertainment when the weather permitted and many places to Grab a bite to eat and a drink whether the alcoholic or non-alcoholic. I wonderful place to bring your friends. Loved one's family. There is the local bar there is the architectural icon the former Hotel Europe. There is Skewer's an amazing restaurant Local an outdoor patio as well as many other restaurants and eateries as well as the famous statue at the Cowboy and Western store Lots going on at all times especially the weekend. We like to visit because it's a Scenic walk from the sky train station at Waterfront.

Nice little area, but we came here looking for the Gassy Jack statue and it had apparently been removed.

This is a amazing place absolutely spectacular place. It should be visited around sunset or even at night as all the city lights are turned on and it just beautiful. There are many restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops for tourists to shop at a mist visit place in Vancouver Canada

Such a cool stop, lots of fun shopping in the area and very cool steam clocks. There is a great tea shop in the area.
