How a company handles themselves when there is an issue with their product or service is, to me, equally as important as the actual product or service they offer. These guys were phenomenal in resolving an issue we had and they gained our full trust in their business because of it.We bought a new furnace from Adam’s Air Systems last September after our old one was deemed unsafe. The technicians who installed it arrived on time, removed the old furnace, they were very professional, friendly and tidy. The quote we originally got was what we paid for the installation, no hidden charges or extra fees. Once winter rolled around, we noticed the furnace wasn’t working properly during extremely cold temperatures. We reached out to Adam’s Air by email and they responded first thing. The owner himself came by, found a small problem and corrected it. A few days later, we were hit with another wave of freezing weather and again the furnace wasn’t doing its job. Adam’s Air sent over a technician who found the cause and fixed it within 15 minutes. He assured us that we wouldn’t have problems again and he was right. The furnace has been working like a charm. He was apologetic and really great at explaining what had been wrong.Everyone from the first point of contact to all of the technicians was super professional and friendly, which is frankly a bit of a miracle these days when customer service all across has gone downhill so much. It’s important to note that all of this was covered by their warranty so we did not pay a single penny extra for anything.As for the furnace itself not working properly, it was not the company’s fault but rather the manufacturer. I guess even brand new furnaces have their glitches just like brand new vehicles have recalls etc.I’m very glad we went with Adam’s Air Systems and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I called this company on the recommendation of a friend of mine to come out and diagnose my mom's old furnace A/C that was no longer functioning. I called at 9pm at night hoping to leave a message and to my surprise someone answered and took care of me. They promised me that they would be out the next day to have a look. Sure enough without fail the person showed up, was super easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed within minutes. He gave us the option to repair the unit and explained the cost but also advised us that due to the age of our unit (20 years) that it might be a better idea to replace the furnace instead. This was 0 pressure and we really felt like it was a much better long term solution given the problems we have had with our furnace in the past few years with it breaking down repeatedly. Adam was great showing my mom a few different options she had and took the time to explain the pro's with each model and how they differed. When the guys came to install the unit they were quick, clean, professional and did an A1 job. I wish every company was this excellent to deal with. They really are fantastic and I can't say enough good things about them. I wish them all the success in the world because they are an honest to goodness great company doing proper quality work for a fair price. As luck would have it, on one of the coldest days of the year and right before Christmas, our furnace died. Calling around trying to find someone to come out and assess the situation was a nightmare and added pressure to an already stressful situation. Then on the advice of a friend, we called Adam's Air. I wish I had called them first because everything turned around from there. The service we received from the initial phone call right up to the removal of the old furnace, and new furnace installation was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There was also an understanding of how serious the situation was, which is something I can't say any other company I spoke with seemed to grasp. We were provided a lot of different options with no pressure at all. The very next day the techs arrived right on time with the new furnace (that they thankfully had in stock), and got right to work. Before we knew it, the removal and installation was complete and the heat was back up and running. I would highly recommend Adam's Air to anyone needing either regular or emergency services for any type of heating or cooling needs. Called Adam's Air Systems to get a quote to replace an air conditioner. Owner was quick to respond with options and prices. They were ready to install it that same week. The gentlemen can to do the installation which included removal, installation of a raised pad, complete replacement of insulation/piping, and connection to the blower on the furnace - total time was 1.5 hours. New AC is very quiet and we couldn't be happier.
