My experience with House Tune Up Inc - Daka Doors was very positive.I originally met Maciej a couple of years ago when I was doing research on which door was best for my needs. I found him to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was also patient, and I didn’t feel any pressure.Once I decided to order the product, he helped me think through what I needed, including the implications of various options. I found their prices to be good value for money and the product to be of a very high-quality.For the installation, they were highly professional and installed the product on-time as promised. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves as well. I highly recommend this company and the Dako product.

Pricing was very competitive and delivery went without a hitch. Have finally installed four of the windows. Was a pleasure dealing with Maciej!

Wow, this is by far the best window company in Canada (IMHO)! First, the windows are technically advanced far beyond ordinary windows. They look much better, insulate better, and offer the most amazing security features.After researching a number of companies, and getting quotes from four different ones, we went with House Tune Up (Dako Windows from Europe). Here's the main reason: our next door neighbours demolished their home and rebuilt a nice new one. During the construction, they had several things stolen from the job site late at night. So my neighbour Mark put up some security cameras.A few weeks before they were to move in (but after the appliances, etc were installed), they had an attempted break-in early one morning. The thief was caught on film throwing large rocks, using a big hammer, and finally trying a crowbar to open the door. Although the door was bent slightly from the crowbar, it didn't open. After 22 minutes (on film), the robber left empty-handed. Watching the video, even the police couldn't believe how the Dako product thwarted the attack.The second sell point is their pricing. Although they weren't the cheapest quote, they were much less than two other companies, for a product that is clearly superior.Third, these window look incredible and operate perfectly. Plus they can be super-wide, giving a more pleasant view of the outside.Lastly, the customer service at House Tune Up is top-drawer. Although there's a fairly long lead time since they're coming from Poland, once they arrived in Canada, the delivery went very smoothly. The installation went more quicker than they estimated and they're follow-up service was excellent.Since you've read this far, you're clearly interested in getting the best windows you can buy, at a fair price. You just found them! I encourage you to get quotes from other companies, then compare quality and pricing, and I'm pretty sure you'll make the same decision we did... House Tune Up! I met Maciej Falger (owner House Tune Up) at the Toronto Spring Home Show in March 2018. In May I was ordering all my windows and doors and garage doors with him for the construction of our new home. It was a big order and we were particular. Maciej handled everything flawlessly including a tri-fold door to bring the outdoors into our home". The door measures 102" x 84". It glides as smooth as butter. I could not find another company that could come close to the functionality of his door.Install was another point where Maciej exceeded our expectations. The back sun room had 8 windows

Maciej and team were phenomenal from day one. Top quality aluminum European windows at great prices. Can’t wait to start another project with House tune up.

It was a hard decision for me to go with the Dako window systems due to my budget I had for my reno project.Maciej Falger of House Tune Up spent a lot of time, patiently explaining the window systems and their benefits. I built on Lake Huron b/w Goderich and Kincardine and in the end it was a very smart decision both functional and financially for my new home.House Tune Up did a great job installing on a cold winter day in January on Lake Huron and have been great in coming back to my home to tweek" and finish up with the screen installation .I am very pleased with my windows and Maciej and his crew are very nice to work with. I would recommend House Tune Up and Dako windows .. a good long term investment.Mary"

The absolute worst experience ever from any company during the construction of a new house. Started with complete denial by House tune up that the $200,000 plus worth of windows and doors leaked to now that it is confirmed that almost every window leaks and both the dealer , house tune up , maciej falger and Dako windows are non existant in determining the issue and coming up with a solution.
