I called them in the morning regarding an item which I needed very urgent , the associate who took my call was very helpful and polite. She assured me the item is in the stock and will keep it aside for me to pick it up. I reached there just after and I was attended by her, she already gathered the items for me even more than I asked for and even assisted me to pick the ones from the bunch. I would say her helpful gesture made my morning an actual good morning. Thank You.

Penningtons always has a great selection of clothes but a great thing is that now they've got more casual wear and less expensive clothes than they used to have and that fits right in my budget! I'm proud to wear their clothes! Thanks Penningtons!

I am very shy when it comes to discussing lingerie but Maresa(probably spelling her name wrong) was so kind made me feel super comfortable and did my fitting and provided the best service ever. I am definitely going back to this store firstly for service and secondly for the price quality and the range they have for plus sizes.

Very unfriendly staff. No one would assist me with my questions. Wasn't asked about my loyalty information. Given the cold shoulder by both members. Will not be returning. Would rather shop online.

I had spotted an item online that was supposed to be available in the store at this location, so I hoped that a quick trip in after work would be successful. A most helpful sales rep assisted with finding it, but it wasn't the size I was looking for - I was assuming that maybe it got scooped before I got there. I looked at a couple of things on my way out but before I got far, she called me over - she had found it, and in the size I wanted. So happy that she took the extra few minutes to search it out - and then to find out it was on sale, with an extra percentage off was the best! Very much appreciated!

They try and trap you into buying from their store. Do not buy gifts for people from this store!My sister bought my birthday gift from Penningtons. She did not get a gift receipt so we can get a full refund if we wanted. Prepared to go return my boots and get the return put back onto my sisters credit card. I was told that she had to be present with the card or I could get a gift receipt. I told her we want our full money back not a store credit and it’s making buying a gift for someone here next to impossible if they want to return it.In this day in age if she can buy it online without a physical card - why can’t we return it in the same fashion. When people live far away from eachother it’s next to impossible in this form.Customer service front end was very quick to dismiss my concerns instead of trying to fix the problem.
