Super friendly staff and very efficient. Ordered my items on the phone and asked them to set it aside and told them I would come to pick it up. They followed up with a call to confirm that that the items were ready and that I could come over. When I got there all was ready as promised and I was out of there in quick time.Great experience, well done.

Recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea. With so many places to choose from it was difficult to find the right place. I found the CPAP Clinic in Vaughan and decided to come in for a visit.The Experience - booked my appointment online and everything was easy after that. On the day of my appointment I had met with Hien. He is very friendly and patient. He answers all my questions and provide me with ample amount of information that will benefit my treatment. He discussed the different options I had in terms of machines and masks. There was no pressure on anything and he made sure I left a happy customer. Highly recommend!

I have been a CPAP user for over five years, however going to CPAP Clinic in Vaughan was a truly great experience, they are very knowledgeable and absolutely the right place to go for veterans like myself and new people getting into the CPAP world. Hien was my consultant and took the time necessary to explain all the in’s and out’s of all the new types of products and machines available and their prices are reasonable. I happy with the ResMed AirSense 10 I purchased from CPAP Clinic. The customer service team was helpful and responsive to my email and questions. The level of service I received from Alex was excellent. He spent time explain to me about the machine, and what type of masks and gears would be suitable for me.
