Wow, this is low... We've use Xenon Servers in the past to expand our massive Minecraft server network that we used to have. (We no longer do Minecraft and since moved on to other games.) I just noticed that I got the following email from Xenon Servers a few weeks ago. As somebody said, do NOT trust the reviews on here. I would no longer trust them as a company for anything either after receiving this email. It makes me wonder what happened since it looks like they changed their name and got a fresh new Google reviews. I will be spreading this to all my followers and social media. It was in a Minecraft realm from far ago, a server was needed to meet the needs of the few survives. We searched the search engines, read the reviews, but yet, we still fell prey to the lonewolf server admins that only cared for money and not service. The days seem limited and all hope was fading in finding that one server that could rule them all. Then it found us, a small ad off to the side. A blinking, buzzing neon sign reading - XENON SERVERS! It felt like the late 50's, in a dark, wet alley. We slowly went in and found warmth, light and a service we all agreed on. For 1 year, and a small part of my leg, we ran a fulfilling MineCraft server that made everyone happy. Even though, a year later, we were bored and new games needed to be played, BUT we never forgot Xenon and when we mount our glorious return to MineCraft, we shall seek out Xenon once again.

Have used Xenon Servers for years. Very smooth running server boxes for your everyday needs on game servers. Easy to control with the CP (Control Panel). Never had an issue with the server going down. DDoS protection was fantastic and the higher CPU option is a **MUST**. Thanks for the very long years of dedication and persistence. The customer service was always there when needed.

It's been almost 9 years and i'm still with this awesome company! Xenon Servers is one of the best server hosting providers out there. If you want reliability, trust and security (from DDOS attacks), this is where you want to be. Xenon Servers has always been there for me making sure that if I have any issues, they are quick to respond in a timely manner and will always make sure everything's 100%. They will not leave you hanging even if it's your fault! They will work with you.I initially heard of Xenon Servers from Administrating a Gmod server back in 2009. I heard positive things for months and we never honestly had any problems that couldn't be fixed quickly. This was my friends server, so I thought of getting one of my own. Which I did around summer of 2009. It started out as a small family and friends server but quickly grew into a community. I stuck with it for several years.Then Minecraft comes along by storm, I saw an advertisement that they will be getting Minecraft servers soon and I just had to jump onboard. So by the end of 2010 I got myself a Minecraft server. Again it started out as a small family and friends server but we incorporated it into our community because we knew Minecraft wasn't just some ordinary game.I'm telling you, Xenon Servers literally helped me with everything! They helped me get Mods sorted out and put together. Guaranteed my servers security with DDOS protection. Their customer support always made me feel like I was family. They were easy going and understandable, yet professional. So many customer support teams tend to act like robots and completely ignore the specific questions you're asking.I'm honestly giving you my experience with them from the very beginning. I tried so many other companies just to see if they were any better, but it turns out they were just terrible. I always stuck with Xenon Servers because of how much I trusted them. Back then I was very nervous spending money online and they were literally my first purchase. Now in today's day and age where security is everything, I have no doubt i'm fully protected.This is all coming from a guy who's been with them for nearly 9 years.
