RONA Quesnel

They were out of the model my dad wanted for a snow blower and they didn't go down on the price for a different model. The owner should know that he just lost our business.*update*Don't bother doing their pick up service. They don't look at their phones so they don't know when u arrive so u also call and it takes 20 plus mins to get your stuff

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. The back yard guys are always helpful. Being from prince george, I would sooner drive to Quesnel for my rona needs. I picked up 4 foot privacy slats as our prince george branch will not bring them in.. You rock quesnel rona.

Need to pick up some screws. Friendly service. Easy to find things. Washrooms were decent. Prices are alright. Lots to see. Some interesting things as well. Sales are the best time to buy.Friendly service, lots to see the atmosphere was good. Staff was good polite and helpful. Got everything I needed a bit busy but handed perfectly and didn't seem like that long of a wait. I will be back soon, highly recommend you stop. The world is a terrible place lately be apart of the good and treat all with respect!!!!!

It's OK 8 guess. I used to like shopping in my home town and supporting my community, but when I can get stuff cheaper in pg or online and delivered...well you do the math!

People say just be patient... Well ok I was, but this was ridiculous. We just moved to Quesnel and bought a house in Carson sub and it started to snow so we bought a snow blower (online or on the phone I can't remember which) from them and they delivered it. When we went to use it we found the starter button was chewed off. We called them and they said they had a lot of them that happened to. So they picked it up and brought it to Lordco for repair. Well over a month later it was finally ready and they begrudgingly picked it up and delivered it to us. We asked for some consideration as we could have just just returned it.But no nothing.Now it's January 2023 and the snow blower won't start. I have not as yet be able to use this snowblower even once. I called Rona and they said it's up to me to get warranty service. I don't have the ability to get the snowblower to the mechanic. I will have to pay for delivery of a machine that has never worked for me. Stay tuned for more.

Get most of your home building supplies here! The staff are helpful, and knowledgeable on their products. It is easy to find what you are looking for, and lots of material to look at!

Friendly people and very helpful.

Rona is awesome. They are very helpful, but they are SUPER BUSY so be patient. Everyone is really friendly. They usually have everything we need....but if we have to wait for a shipment takes from 5 to 14 days.

We always have great customer service here.
