Vintage Towing

We Weren’t happy for paying 410$ for 10 Km tow and impound which included 90$ dollar to pick my car few hours later of being towed and we made a review on the page so that they make it right for the customer but instead they chose to blame us for defaming then when all we said that we will email the bill to your higher managent to look into the price breakdown because i asked for the break down.Firstly when we called the company we were given amount total of 352 dollar and 15 minute later gets a call that because of electricity cut in the area bill was calculated wrong and were told to come take our car and pay 410 dollar which I agreed because we had no option and I needed my car ASAP to pick my daughter from day home reached there in about 45 minutes and was asked to wait another 30 minutes said ok, and Instead of apology for the worst ever experience we had they had adacity to teach us how to park our car correct next time which is not your job and do our character assessment because all we did was to asked for breakdown of price. God help you guys for being so rude to customer and I also pray for your future customers if that the level of customer service of you guys.

I had a low battery charge in a random parking lot and a nice fellow from the company jumped in with a mobile booster pack to save my butt! These guys rock!!

Extremely happy with the customer service of the super helpful and friendly dispatch lady that helping me today with my need of a tow. Then Kyle, my tow truck driver was very pleasant and helpful with the move of my vehicle to get fixed. I highly recommend and appreciate the prompt service in this horrific cold snap we’ve had. Amazing service. Got a vehicle towed by Braden and he’s a strong, dedicated worker who will get the job done no matter what! Good communication throughout the initial call and got the job done the right way and the safe way. This is a great company to work with and I would definitely do business again!

My 80 yo MIL was in a not at fault accident on Sunday near Nisku. It was quite traumatizing for her being all alone with all of her kids living in Calgary. We got there as soon as we could, within three hours. She said, before the ambulance took her to hospital, the tow truck took her vehicle and she was unable to get her stuff out.When we arrived in Leduc, I called the towing company, and being that it was Sunday, they had to see if anyone was available to meet us at the yard to empty her stuff out. They said it would cost $150 to do so and that they would call me back. I left my phone on and checked it regularly but never got a call back, in the four hours we were there and could do something, nor did I get a call in the hours following. I just assumed that was our bad luck.My sons took my MIL home, a two hour drive and we headed back to Calgary. My SIL was coming up the next day to care for my MIL and planned to stop in and unload the van. The people on the phone from Vintage Towing were very rude and were upset that I hadn’t answered my phone on Sunday. They clearly had the wrong number, which I didn’t think could happen with caller id being so prevalent.On Monday, my MIL was informed that she would be charged $100 a day to store her vehicle. She arranged for AMA to tow it. This has been very stressful for her given the pain of her injuries. Vintage towing released the van for $1085.00.I have never in my life heard of such a thing. If I had the option of calling for a tow, which no one does during a horrible accident, I would not recommend these guys ever. They will take you for everything they can and compassion is no where to be found.

they were amazing!! my car stopped working in the cold weather, & despite being busy their service was prompt and very fairly priced. employees are great & management is even better. would recommend to anyone!

I had a bad accident and vintage towing did a great job cleaning up the site and gathering all my belongings back into the car for transportation. While I was dealing with insurance and getting another company to come out to pick up my car they were very helpful and understanding throughout the process. They went above and beyond in every aspect of service in order to help me out.Would highly recommend!

I was very happy with the courteous attitude of the driver when I had to get my almost new 2022 Bronco to the shop for repairs. I am sorry I don't remember his name, but I remember that he tried to get it running before deciding it had to be towed (he would have followed me to the shop if it had started) and he used the extra wheels dolly thingy to keep all wheels off the ground. This additional service was appreciated. If you have to get a tow I would contact them for sure!
