Standard Subway experience. Staff were friendly, and quick. The new storefront is beautiful, new and refreshing. Still Subway quality which isn't great but open late which is great for the drunks wandering around downtown. Cookies are A+ as always. I was greeted at the door which was nice

Very rude behaviour by the employees. Didn't put steak or avocado on a steak and avocado rice bowl when ordered online for pickup. By the time I got back to my office to eat, I didn't have time to go back. Also, no gluten free options for chicken on the rice bowls. Very disappointing.

Didn't put steak or avocado on a steak and avocado rice bowl when ordered online for pickup. By the time I got back to my office to eat, I didn't have time to go back. Also, no gluten free options for chicken on the rice bowls. Very disappointing.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Subways over the years, and this one is easily the best I’ve ever had. I just enjoyed a sandwich made on super fresh bread, there was a perfect amount of everything, and the staff were super quick and efficient with our order. I don’t write reviews but this sandwich really made my afternoon. I pulled the bread apart and it was soft and fluffy and very clearly fresh. I haven’t ever seen bread like this at a Subway. I hope I can come again soon, and enjoy another awesome sandwich.

Subs have been ok but not great. Meat held on (cold?) table but not reheated to proper temp, makes me wonder if their meat is actually safe to eat. Washroom is tiny, old and poorly maintained, toilet is not even bolted down tightly. Hand dryer is absolute garbage your better off wiping your hands on your pants as there is no paper towel. C'mon guys you make a killing downtown and won't even maintain your washroom. I won't be back.

I understand it is fast food . I wanted my sub grilled she said she can’t they only grill wrap . I always had my sub grilled never been a problem before.
