What a fantastic visit! Staff were super helpful and answered all my wife’s questions (I was tagging along for fun). A very enjoyable place to shop and hang out. Lots of good quality gear and knowledgeable staff to help out in regards to products and locations to use it!

The staff was very nice. They helped put 2 person kayak on bare roof of our car. It was stable and fun. Had a great time kayaking.

Excellent service from helping me figure out and source what I needed (Thule roof racks, cargo box and bike rack) to getting it all installed on a tight deadline. Can't thank Stephanie and Mila enough for their expertise and professionalism.

Boxing Day sale for Nemo tents clearly indicated on the WS website that they were out of stock but able to supply the materials required for shipment at a later date.I received an email from Carter first thing Dec 27 indicating that my order was cancelled and Nemo was redesigning the tent for 2023. I was offered to purchase the new one at full MSRP when it was released.No apology or inconvenience offered until I asked if they were in any way regretful that their websites sale was misleading their consumers.After returning to Canada from 6 years of outdoor adventures I thought I’d give this company a shot considering the outdoor retail landscape has changed so much since I’ve last returned. Wilderness Supply will not be receiving my business again.Update: Rick reached out and explained a technical error on their end and offered a solution. Thanks so much!

My wife and I stopped in during a recent trip in the area. We were looking for some information on great Crown land camping spots. The friendly and knowledgeable staff told us about a great spot that made our trip Amazing! They have everything you need to gear up for all your outdoor adventures!

Awesome, knowledgeable staff that helped me price out my dream nova craft canoe. Even though they did not have what I wanted in stock they recommended where to look and offered options for the future to bring one in. I purchased the Kevlar keel protection kit and can't wait to put it on when the weather calms down. Will definately be back for future outdoor needs.
