Kawartha Cardiology Clinic

I had a great experience here. All staff and doctors were polite and very professional. They made me feel at ease. We are lucky to have this clinic in our community.

I'm very impressed with the Kawartha Cardiology Clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful. My tests were done right on time. A request for test rescheduling was handled promptly. I was most impressed by the cardiologists who used their time and training so efficiently. I was looked after promptly, diagnosed quickly and treatment arranged quickly. Well done!

Both my husband and I are patients at KCC, my husband for several years and I'm a new patient, 4 months now. Can't say enough good things about the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and technicians. Very professional, caring group of health care professionals. Very efficient and prompt treatment, especially in these days of Covid. Thank you so much for your care.

Went in for an Echo and they found that I've been living in A fid for a few weeks. The staff and Dr were incredible as I was so scared they saved my life by getting me to the hospital quickly and taking care of me emotionally and physically. I'm so grateful for everything they did for me. And am looking forward to a long medical relationship with the staff and Dr.Thank you all so much, y'all do so much for the community and our health.

I have been dealing with Kawartha cardiology Clinic for quite a few years.I have had to reschedule appointments, which if you follow instructions is very easy to do. When I had to call with questions I actually got to speak with Dr. Hughes nurse and another lady also called me back from a message I had left the day before. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Drove here from Stouffville 2 times now with a lack of communication on their end. Send voice mail bot messages that are broken up so you cant even get the message they are trying to advise you about. Call back and you will get VM during normal open operating hours. Rude staff on site also with limited info to help you out. I wont and don't advise dealing with this establishment and if there was a no star option I would have definitely used that!!!

During testing seemed fine, I did not appreciate hearing the faculty behind the wall gossiping about their patients and the dirty looks I got when I walked by the room as if they were gossiping about me which I know they were from a certain thing I heard. I hope the doctor isn’t as unprofessional as his/her staff

1st referall was november 21st from prhc. Said they reached out. No vms recieved, receptionist said they sent it backNovember 25th second referral from prhc no appointment for echo said it was never recievedApril 3rd left vm asking for call back about appointmentApril 4th third referral from telehealth.April 5th left vm asking if referral had been recievedAs of date no call backs recieved.Receptionist is very rude and short.Save your time ask for a referral to oshawa instead.

My Dad sees Dr. Doucet here and she is really good and cares about her patients.

Just as a word of advice...don't drive in the parking area if you are only dropping off a heart monitor... I was stranded in the parking lot for 20 minutes due to the fact that there is ZERO signage regarding this. I was returning a heart monitor for a friend from out of town and I had no clue i should have just parked on the street, dropped the monitor and left. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get in the bldg to get a ticket and then had a real rigamarole with tickets to get out of the parking lot...i used 2 separate tickets...the first one had an error warning...second ticket worked fine.I give 2 stars because the first girl i talked to willing took the heart monitor for me b4 the bldg opened and she was very pleasant it isnt her fault that there are no signs to tell me to park on the street. It was a very frustrating MONDAY morning.
