I order here often after work and the service is always very kind. Even when I come during busy rush hours, all the staff are very respectful. There is always a friendly and clean environment when I enter this location. Also staff were very patient with my grandmother. I really appreciated that.

Store hours posted is 8am for dine in 7am for drive thru both were close this morning March 24, 2023. Waiting for 20mins at the door costumers are waiting outside patiently no one is opening the door or the light for drive thru.

Place didn't have any bread other than white, brown and flat. the sandwiches were made very sloppy and is unappealing. I was really craving my favorite sandwich and now I'm just disappointed in the service and craftmanship of the sandwich artist who created this abomination. $30 dollars for two meals and only thing worth eating are the cookies.

Bad service, they were in a rush and even they didn’t bother to get the veggies inside, when I opened it was a big mess i wish to give them zero stars but I can’t, never gonna come back to that location

Washrooms close at 10 but restaurant is open until 12am.....how do they want you to wash your hands and eat ? Makes tons of sense

Subway is one of my favorite places. However, this time experience was not great. The person who made our subs was really good and was polite. But when we came home to eat our sub, it was unfortunately half burnt. We have been eating subs since years and normal toasted would never look like this.May be the person was new. It was half burnt, too much toasted. Quality of things inside were good but not a great experience for sure..

Really enjoy this Subway, definitely the best interior in the city imho. Never had a problem with staff!However the biodegradable paper straw are not compatible with their drink lids. The straws break down quite quickly while drinking, and the lid will then pinch the straw shut and/or break it.Would love to see a switch over to a biodegradable plastic or a higher quality paper straw. <3

When you walk in, you can see how clean and inviting this location is. This is amplified further by the kind and friendly staff. All of which had no problem accommodating my dietary restrictions along with my service dog. The food was delicious and made perfectly to my liking! Even there washrooms were spotlessly cleaned!For fast and healthy food with great customer service i highly recommend coming here.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Within 5 seconds of walking in the door we were greeted by 2 employees with big hellos. Very patient, friendly, fast and efficient service. If I could give more stars I would.

This Subway is utter garbage. I come in 4 one day and 5 the other day and they have no meatballs. I say I'm willing to wait and both times they say they aren't making any more meatballs. Utterly ridiculous. No other Subway have I had them tell me that. Will never go to this Subway ever again, nor will I go to any others owned by the same person.
