I have used A Woman's Touch Cleaning for years now! The staff does a great job. Colleen the owner, always takes care of my cleaning needs. I recommend AWTC to anyone looking for someone to give you a break with household chores! I love coming home from work to a clean home.

A Woman's Touch Housecleaning is a wonderful company you should treat yourself to. The staff is reliable, trustworthy and very friendly. Everything always smells clean and fresh again.

I rarely leave 1 star reviews but it is warranted in this case. *READ ENTIRE REVIEW I have used this company once where things went well and the following 2 appointments were a disaster that resulted in them never even coming. On the 2nd supposed cleaning no one showed up for over an hour past the scheduled time. The worst part was that they didn't even call me until 45 minutes past the scheduled time to let me know they were late. I told them to not brother as we had essentially tided up ourselves. I reached out to the manager Kira and told her how inconvenient this was that we had to end our work days early to accommodate a cleaning that never happened.I was assured this wouldn't ever happen again and therefore I rebooked their service for a month later for 4:15pm. Sure enough the day before I get a call from the manager asking if we can do 2 instead of 3:30 which wasn't even the original time. I explain that I work and can't leave midday to accommodate their change in plans. The manager agrees to 4 and we leave it at that. On the day of the cleaning we prep the house again and as 4 comes and goes there is no one at our place or anyone who has made contact. We then get a call at 4:50 stating that they will be there at 5:15 and will clean until 7. This is the exact same situstion as last time. I sent several emails on the Friday prior to hearing from the cleaners asking for an update and only heard back from the manager Kira on the Monday who said she was sorry but that they can't control situations like traffic. No offer to make it right or rectify the situation in the least.I never write long winded reviews but I think choosing to let someone in to your home is a decision made on trust and reliability and I can't recommend this company to anyone.

We reached out to A Woman's Touch so we can do a clean of our home. Booking was simple and we received fantastic communication from Nathan when we needed to reschedule our appointment. The 2 cleaners who cleaned our home, were professional, thorough and efficient. We decided to book them on an ongoing monthly basis.

We use A Woman's Touch on a bi weekly basis. We live in a luxury condo and every time we come home we are soo happy!! Our place just shines. They are fairly priced and move quickly, yet efficiently. I have referred them to people I know. Great overall company, super friendly staff!

I have been blessed to have a cleaning service since moving into a 6-bedroom home with our four kids and two dogs 27 years ago. The service has gone through several owners but none better than A Woman’s Touch. They have managed to retain the fantastic Shannon who has cleaned for us for many years (suggesting they are good to their employees) while introducing terrific service enhancements including an automated reminder of when and what time they will arrive and who will be cleaning. The job is thoroughly done and their office staff are super responsive – even responding to inquiries long past normal business hours. I would recommend them to anyone. There is nothing like coming home to a clean house to perk up your whole day.

This company came to my house and literally cleaned nothing and left. It’s so unbelievable that I think the company could be a fraud. Please please do not contact this company for any house cleaning services.
