Ryan fixed my bathtub faucet in late Nov 2020. Sorry for the late review. I have been so busy in Dec. I have never met him prior to this appointment. I was referred to Ryan by a friend. My first impression was great. He was responsive throughout the process. He provided options on how to fix it. He offered best and worst case scenarios. Most important, he doesn't try to cheat you for more $. He even showed you actual cost of the parts to fix it. There was a delay in the shipment of the parts but Ryan was very informative. He even provided the tracking number of shipment. Overall, the professionalism and honesty is second to none. I hope I don't have to call for anymore plumbing services in the future BUT if I did, I'd call Ryan again.

Ryan and his coworker are excellent. They not only showed up on time but also did a great job on Christmas Eve. morning for my emergency sewer issue. Thank you very much.

Ryan and his team serviced two of our families properties here in the fall. Both had a full perimeter drain cleaning and some major up grades and pipe replacement.The drains work great. We had a relatively small drainage problem but there were tree roots that made it a challenge. Ryan did an initial assessment, gave me a competitive quote and was willing to wait a couple of months to do the job. Ryan is INCREDIBLE. He has been responding to all of us (four houses and families!) affected by a sewage back up. This is all on Boxing Day and beyond, in terrible weather full of ice, cold and rain. He is so knowledgeable, and knew what was needed right away. Just the top of his field I am sure. As well as that, he is incredibly calm, respectful, kind and fair. I am truly amazed by this person's capacity and competence in combination with his noble, calm presence in the face of a real mess. Thank you Ryan, so very much!

I had very positive experience with Mamba Services, Ryan was amazing to work with and took care of my drain issues in no time. He arrived on time, was very professional and efficient in carrying out the work. What impressed me was how honest he was in recommending needed repair. He was very patient in explaining the different options. I will certainly call them for future projects.

Had an excellent experience. Ryan was fantastic, it was an after hours call late in the evening and he showed up exactly in the time frame he gave. Took care of the kitchen sink issue within minutes all systems were running like new. Pricing was extremely reasonable, Ryan was patient and explained everything to me while fixing my problem. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work .

Ryan was great! My landlord called him to fix my blocked kitchen sink. He showed up the same day (on a Sunday) and fixed the problem. He even cleaned the sink and dried up all the water that had leaked before he got there. And he was very careful coming in and out of the house so my cat wouldn’t get out. I’d definitely recommend him.

Context: I am generally someone who has very high standards for quality work.I initially had Ryan come into help replace my 30year old sump pump (we had drain fly issues) and Ryan did it all within a span of a few hours, ensuring that the place was still kept very clean, despite how nasty everything was. He didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need, nor was he pushy about anything. His pricing was very reasonable as he was able to perform the task without the need of an extra suctioning truck for the pump downstairs. He was a very meticulous in ensuring that my very dated sump pump cover was well sealed and reinforced to ensure no escape of any drain flies.The second project I had Ryan come help with was a bathroom leak from the tub drain that the previous owners cut corners on. He figured out what the problem was very quickly and was able to fix it with minimal dismantling of any drywall.The last project I had Ryan come help with was a larger one, as Ryan noticed that I had PolyB piping with city water pressure flowing through our house and that are piping wasn't built to code (the main shut off was all the way downstairs in the furnace room). After assessing the situation, Ryan came up with a very reasonable plan that could help us replace the majority of the polyb without causing too much tearing down of the drywall nor too much digging of our front yard. He managed to get this all done with his team of four other guys in one day, which was amazing.Ryan was very considerate of our young children and their nap schedules as well, and tried to do everything as quiet as he possibly could. No doubt in my mind that I will contact Ryan again for any further plumbing needs. If I could give more than five stars I totally would. You will not regret having Ryan help you.
