I ordered the floral bubble balloon as a birthday gift to a friend. I paid to have the gift delivered on a set date. Despite ordering the gift months in advance, my friend did not receive the birthday delivery on time. To make matters worse, I was told that the balloon would last for at least a month, but it deflated the next day. Overall, it was very difficult to communicate with the company and the execution of the delivery service was disappointing.
