Andrew is a very honest guy he will tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait if money is tight. He will also go over pro's and con's with different brand name of parts. Been dealing with K & K now for almost a year and wont go anywhere else because of the service and knowledge.

Amazing service, amazing price, amazing honesty.He picked up my car from work and had it back to me well before the end of my shift.I asked him to check a few things in addition to what I wanted done and he sent photos to me before completing any additional work, and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I also thought I needed a new block heater, but he let me know it was just the cord that needed replacing. He also took additional photos for me to show a previous shop who claimed to have serviced my brakes (without my approval), but clearly had not.This is the ONLY shop I will trust my car to from now on. A++ for honesty and service because nowadays you need to be careful who you trust. Andy is the man!

I’ve used k&k multiple times now and will not go anywhere else. The guys are the most honest straight up mechanics I’ve been to in my life and I’ve been to a few. I used to use Volkswagen as that is the make of my vehicle, and now I’ll only use k&k. They are fast, on time, and get the parts I need the same day (installed as well). I recently had a electrical issue and they fixed it no problem at all and under the cost they quoted. I was late to pick up my keys after they were closed and they stayed open for us (sorry about that one ). All around amazing service I recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Andrew was recommended by a friend, he did the work originally quoted by my dealership plus more for quite a reduced cost. Great service and value. Highly recommend.

I was told by an automotive repair shop my car needed all new rotors and brakes, went to see Andrew for a second opinion. he checked my brakes and the front ones were still in good shape but the back ones needed replacement which he did. he explained the work, gave me price for the labour and parts in writing. his service was good and i will be bringing my vehicles to his shop in the future.

Andrew is very honest, reliable and knowledgable. Only mechanic in North Bay that I will go to now because of all the great things I've heard and the recommendations I first had to bring my cruiser to his shop. Very reasonably priced, and very honest and upfront about what needs to be done on your vehicle at the time you bring it in and what can wait until later. I very much appreciate the service I've had at K&K Auto, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic in North Bay & area.
