The Bingsu

Bingsu is an absolute delight! This light and delicious ice cream treat is bursting with incredible flavors that make it a truly tasty experience.

I love this place for desserts! Their bingsu is my favourite and I’ve had almost all the different flavours. I would say the matcha, tiramisu or mango are my favourite! I have tried their croffle as well which was also very good.

I must say it’s a wow experience! Been here for the first time.super hygienic and clean.Loved the ambience and the guy at the counter suggested their special dish “ Bingsu” and it tasted so perfect. He was extremely polite and friendly and waited patiently as my daughter kept changing the order. 5 stars!!Their new ice cream flavours blueberry cheese cake was perfect!Will be back..

I had never had Bingsu before but was excited to try it. I had the strawberry cheesecake bingsu. I got a cup size which was more that enough for even my sizable appetite. The full size would need to be shared.For those (like me) who are unfamiliar with the dessert Bingsu is a shaved ice served topped with ice cream and a variety of other toppings: in my case condensed milk, fresh strawberries and sliced almonds. The toppings tasted fresh and delicious and though i feared it would be too sweet I found it all balanced well as the more neutral shaved ice kept it from becoming too heavy.I also ordered a passion fruit milk tea with tapioca bubble. It wasn't the best bubble tea I have had in Waterloo, but it wasn't bad either. All in all this a great place to grab dessert with a friend if you are downtown.

Can't go wrong with Korean Bingsu on a hot day. Highly recommend the injolmi flavor if you're into nutty flavors. The portions are pretty big so if you're alone, get the cup, and if you're with a few friends then get the regular.

I have been there twice and everything was pretty standard. Nothing particularly was exciting or negative. I am curious to try their Bingsu, but they look huge!Update: the Tiramisu Bingsu was delicious! Also, I tried the chocolate brownie ice cream and it had the ideal balance between iciness and creaminess as well as chocolaty bitterness and sweetness. Both were 10/10!

I took my son here today to satisfy his craving for waffles. He had the cookies and cream which was gigantic and extremely delicious. I had the croffle which was also amazing. The cafe is very nice and clean and the service was excellent. We will be back soon.

I like this new place in Uptown of Waterloo. Aesthetic Korean cafe with a huge amount of different drinks. Friendly staff helped with my choice. We got some delicious desserts and incredible drinks last time. Korean traditional ice cream is top. I do recommend this place to my friends and family.

Delicious bingsu. I got the cup injeolmi and it was a good size for 1 person. The shaved ice was very smooth and milky/creamy. Very refreshing. Bingsu is a bit pricey but it tastes good. The staff was nice and food was served quick. I will be back again to try the other different flavours of bingsu.
