Brad Barber was amazing. He stepped in with 1 hour notice after our original home inspector cancelled last minute. We were under a time crunch and he was professional, very thorough, timely and we even learned a few things. The small gift at the end was a nice touch. We would definitely use Brad for a home inspection again.
