It's not a good place to bring your car , they clean my car. I wasn't satisfied. I called them, and they asked me to come back. I back still. Nothing is done better

Just picked up my car and am extremely happy with the results and the service! The interior looks new, everything is shiny and all exterior marks were removed. This was a gift from my son but I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend. Thank you Royal Auto ⭐️

Terrible experience. Told me $50 on the phone. Than they change the price to $160 when I go to their store. Rude and unprofessional stay away from this place

I brought my sister's Subaru Forester for interior cleaning, and the result was excellent. So I will define bringing back my family car here for auto detailing.

I had called at 4:00 to see if they are still open and whether they can clean my car the lady on the phone said they can. I even gave them my ETA, which was about 40 mins from the time of my call. When I arrived, the lady quoted me $240 dollars for interior shampoo wash only. This was significantly higher than any other quotations I received, even Panda, who come to your house to clean the house. Given that I was already in the area, I agreed to move forward. She then proceeded to charge my Visa...5 mins later she says they close at 5:30 and that if they clean my car pass 5:30, I would have to pay overtime. I refused and asked for a return of my funds. At which time she said okay okay

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!I witnessed the owner, the older Chinese lady, drive a customers Ford Escape/Explorer and reversed into another customer's Range Rover. She then moved the range rover into a spot further down from her place and didn't tell EITHER of the customer's that their car was involved in an accident. There was minor damage to the Range Rover's bumper. Mind blows me how the owner can hide an accident caused by her and damaged two of her customer's cars. They also leave customer's windows and trunk open when it rains heavily....This place is extremely shady and a scam. BE AWARE!

Not deep enough clean for the full detailing price, rims were still dirty, door jams still dusty, and dried water spots all over. Also note engine check light came on after they did engine shampoo

Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend this to the local community! The owners and staff truly care about your car and are very detailed with their cleaning. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent work that they do.I will definitely be using them again for all my future washes!
