Fractal Workspace

We had a great 2023 kick off meeting hosted by Fractal. The space was perfect, well decorated, and the hospitality was amazing. We'll be back.

What a terrific workspace for our Marketing Team Off-site.Sure beats the old hotel meeting rooms which were the standard option in the old days. Fractal is a beautiful, bright, inviting space, conveniently located, lots of free parking - with handy lunch places nearby. Staff are friendly, and helpful and GM Lauren Rumbolt is truly representative of what great Customer Experience is all about; patient, always smiling, anticipating our needs, quick to lend a hand, answer questions - no problem. The Flamingo Room was nicely kitted out and had everything we needed, loved the decor everywhere too. Would definitely recommend for off-site meetings in the future.

Fractal Workspace hosted a product launch for me prior to the 2022 holiday season and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The care and attention shown by every member of the Fractal team was like nothing else I've experienced. Every aspect of the preparation process was fulfilled precisely as planned and the event space was incredibly warm and inviting. I can honestly say that that class and level of professionalism demonstrated by all involved was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a unique venue for an upcoming event. Thanks for making the day so memorable!

Fantastic facilities and service. Coffee and breakfast was served and ready for our meeting, lunch service was great. Facility is clean, modern and professional and left a good impression with our clients.

Fractal is an incredible workspace in Kingston. The space is welcoming, well-designed and equipped with everything you need for a successful meeting and workday. I have used the meeting rooms on multiple occasions, and they are fantastic. BONUS - the room designs are so fun! Fractal truly brings workspaces to the next level, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to work. A BIG shoutout to Lauren and David for being so awesome – their customer service and friendliness makes every visit and interaction that much better. I would 10/10 recommend Fractal to anyone looking for workspace for a day, a month or long term!

We’ve been to tons of meetings in Fractal, as well as hosted a 2 day job fair for our own company at Fractal.. booking was seamless, showing up for appointments are seamless as well as having multiple people in and out for interviews… seamless. Nothing but positive, incredible things to say. Can’t for the life of me think of the woman at the front desk’s name, but she’s an absolute doll.. always smiling & willing to help/answer any questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! Not to mention it is stunning and every room and hallway is photo worthy.

Fantastic workspace and staff!!!! The expansion onto the third floor is a great addition. Loved the choice of rooms and the modular Boardroom. Close to the 401. Free parking. Look no further.

I previously worked out of Fractal Workspace for a company I used to work for and absolutely loved it. A few years later when I started my own business, I knew I had to make my way back. There is nothing else like this in Kingston. Each area/meeting room in the space is stunning and well thought out. The hospitality is amazing! I can't say enough great things about Lauren and Dave who make this such an inviting work space for each and every member!

We have been hosting a monthly meeting at Fractal for our study club, and we have never been disappointed. Working with Blaize and the rest of the team at Fractal has been seamless. They are professional, organized, knowledgeable and helpful. Every month they go above and beyond to ensure our meetings are a success--setting up the space the way we need it, ensuring all AV equipment is working, organizing the meals for our members and answering any and all questions we have. So happy to have found this event space! Would highly recommend.
