If I could give this spot a 0 star rating, I would. I needed some work done on my grandchildren's hair so I decided to call and I asked about their pricing and other inquiries. A lady picked up and was giving me short, rude and dismissive answers like she didn't care at all. Not to mention, I could barely hear her with the music blaring in the background. I should've went to another location after that interaction but for some reason I decided to still give the place a try. We walked in and patiently waited for our turn. There weren't many customers in there but the barbers were taking their sweet time. They stopped to go to the convenience store to buy drinks & snacks, they went outside to talk to friends who visited them and they took breaks mid-cut to pick up personal phone calls.Long story short, we waited nearly 4 hours to finally get my grandkids in the chair only for the barber to tell us do you have an appointment?" The lady on the phone never mentioned anything about making an appointment??? None of the barbers even acknowledged us to let me know it was by appointment only so I assumed it was by walk-in or first come

Hey this is this the best barber shop I have ever been to because most other barbershops ruined my haircuts and this one I never had problems with this barbershop at all it’s rare to me because other barbers don’t know what their doing at all but this barbershop is a great barbershop because they know what they are doing

They are amazing here the lady who did my boyfriends hair took 1.5 hours to do his corn rows she's so good thanks guys but I do suggest the guy behind the counter wears a mask and the ladies friend to noone had the mask on if at all

The best hair stylists in Brampton, loved the experience and will be back for another appointment. The ladies have excellent braiding techniques with quality like no other. Such a friendly and welcoming environment! Thank you @DaShopOfficial

Very welcoming and wonderful barbers. My son gets his hair cut by Will. He is the best barber in the gta. I would reccomend him and the shop to anyone. Very talented barbers and stylists.
