Joe at LDI was exceptional at trouble-shooting the issue and explaining it in terms that I could understand...this helped me to be aware of current/potential future problems which will save me time and money.I appreciate his honest approach and I will certainly use his expertise again. This is so valuable because I often feel like I am being exploited for my lack of knowledge when it comes to mechanics and repairs.I will recommend his services to everyone, in particular people who have trust issues when hiring Service Repair people.

It is not easy to find a company that works on commercial mixers, and i hit the jackpot with LDI. Not only did they come and fix us up, they were kind, respectful and amazing!!! LDI has again done quality work. Able to fit our schedule and arrive with parts!Nick was our service tech and had been pleasant, clean and knowledgeable with the tasks at hand. They are an amazing company and were very quick to come and fix the problems I had with kitchen equipment. Leah is great and quick and Brendan was very knowledgeable and didn't stop until the problem was fixed. I would recommend them for your restaurant kitchen needs. extremely expensive. The Gas safety valve part to order from LDI commercial kitchen is $ 375 and the same part in any other company if you order by yourself is $ 185 huge different . PlusThey charge for the car , tools , gas for car and insurance for car . They give quote to change the part of my oven is almost $ 1000 . I did call another company they fixed for only $ 300 including the part . Save your money not call them at all .

Absolutely fantastic! From the person on the phone to the repair people coming to our site. They are kind, honest and very professional. Never worry about the quality you will get from them!

My experience is with the north west shop. I had a dishwasher break. I dropped it off for repair. Three weeks later no work had started. Another couple weeks nothing. A third time I called and then they started to work on the machine. I had a back up dishwasher so it wasn’t super urgent. But they kept forgetting to work on my dishwasher after quoting me a couple weeks. Super frustrating. I picked it up and installed it. They never tested the machine as dish chemicals were leaking and the water never got hot. After months and $1400 of money the job never got done. Slapped together quickly with little care. To their credit they came back the next day to turn on the new thermostat they installed but never tested and offered to finish the job for another $400 to fix the leak. I fixed it myself with a small washer they forgot to put back in place when they replaced the overpriced tubing they charged me. Oh also they put the wrong sized o ring so the machine still doesn’t work well.

Had a great experience with Joe at LDI. He was very professional and knowledgable and helped me get back to business quickly. I am impressed with all of my dealings with any of the staff in Edmonton. I highly recommend this company!
