He was fantastic, kind and professional. I greatly respected his no-nonsense approach.

Been a patient for over 10 years with Dr Lo, only seen him a few times. A very to the point man, provides the most effective tests to find out information to your issue. Ordered tests and provided a script that may help, which gave me hope that there may be relief. Gave me good sound advice as well. Cared enough to adk if i have a drug plan before dispersing a script too. Never led me astray and always straight forward. When you need help, his knowledge is beneficial.

My mother has MS. Dr. Lo barely listened to her, was rude and wouldn't let her speak or advocate for herself.Reviews are accurate.

Seems like your typical I don’t have time for you or care about you health care provider but is even worse. He was very rude and condescending and then cracks a joke and expects you to laugh like he’s somehow friendly. So disrespectful.

I think Dr Lo is absolutely awesome. I was diagnosed in 2009 with MS. I had a doctor previously that I did not like as her bedside manner was terrible. I has to be transferred to the MS Clinic in Hamilton and receive Dr Lo as my doctor. Since seeing Dr Lo he has been so helpful and I have seen him multiple times outside of the MS Clinic. He's there for me whenever I have an attack and need his help.He gives me the information I need, he's thorough and very knowledgeable.

I cannot believe this doctor has 3 star rating. He has been absolutely rude and condescending to my relative. When giving a diagnosis of Parkinson's for the first time, he actually held his hand up, and said no questions. Here's a prescription. See you in 3 months". I've read this in multiple other reviews of his behaviour.Every visit for the past 3 years has been like this. If all you want is a prescription

I went to this doctor and the first question was what is your name and I answered him and his answer was that I am stupid and bad words too.I was shocked and he didn't care what I complained about, and he repeated the insults again in a low voice, and I'm still in shock until now.Has the patient become money that is seen in Canada for doctors? Not a human being? Where can I find the answer?

Dr Raymond Lo was very rude when I met him today. He cut me off several times and then at the end said that he doesn't know anything about the facial nerve problem I was having. Didn't know doctors were allowed to forget large portions of the teachings. Makes me sick that there are so many young, bright, intelligent doctors who cant get jobs and people that have as bad social skills and lack of expertise as Raymond Lo remain in the business

Absolutely horrible bedside manner. Throughout my entire time being his patient he never once gave me a solid diagnosis. He seemed only to care about his views and was not open to my personal suggestions and preferences. He told me very harshly that if I didn’t go through with the treatment HE wanted me to do that I would end up paralyzed. He did not even look at other drug options with me. I have had almost no information on anything I’ve been going through and he expects me to do all the research myself, which I have been doing some research. Your doctor should be someone you trust and they should give you all the information they can, but he did not do that. He in turn scared me and caused me extreme amounts of anxiety. I still have no idea exactly what’s going on with me and I hope my new neurologist will actually listen and respect me. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I would also like to add that I would often have to wait close to an hour after my appointment time consistently which caused me to be late for work or prior commitments often.
