Called for a taxi, waited over an hour for my ride. I had to call back in and ask to find out that the wait was supposedly only going to be 20 more minutes. Emerald taxi showed up faster with more communication as to where and when they would be. Do not call this company unless you enjoy wasting your time.

At least one of the cab drivers (#3) ran a red light, also doesn't know to use their turn signal (unless it needs to be replaced)...Definitely would never use this service, well, can't, since from 3 different calls they couldn't hear" for me to report the driver"

My driver was great, came early because I said I had heavy bags. Brought me there and dbl checked we were right. Because I was unsure (first time traveling from the destination… very polite and the cab fresh and clean

Absolutely sucks. 4x i ordered a cab. Over 30 minutes. Grt bent tick tirds i bought a truck instead of wasting 40 bucks every 3 daysI would use emerald way better service ...wait almost an hour. As a boss of a major company. I would fire the lot.I will never use the service again. I would rather walk. Thanks

Had to call three times from the terry fox statue/ canfor pool after getting dropped off by the Ebus. Each time my taxi was grabbed by other travellers before I could get there with my luggage. Not once was I asked my name which would have clarified this issue as I did not overhear any of the other grown MEN call for a cab. ( I think my voice is clearly female). As I was the last person waiting I had to yell at the driver to ensure there was another car coming for me. By this time it was almost midnight. When I called back As I was feeling very unsafe(I had been approached by two sketchy guys) I was told they were busy and the dispatcher hung up. However, When the driver arrived he was very pleasant and courteous.

After a seriously deep snowfall and 30 min wait, Sukhmandeep was the only driver to take my fare. Due to the street I live on, the roads were in very bad shape and unfortunately he became stuck after stopping to pick me up. He remained nothing but apologetic, friendly, calm, and professional. Working together for quite a while, we managed to get unstuck and he did everything in his power to alleviate the cost of my fare. Overall, Sukhmandeep provided a great service to me when I needed it the most and kept his composure through all the trouble for which I am truly grateful.

Worst company ever. Pre-booked a cab. 5 minutes after it hadn’t showed up, I called and the guy said within another 5 minutes. 10 minutes goes by. Call him back and he said ANOTHER 5-10 minutes. Ended up calling emerald taxi and they were there within 5 minutes. I recommend using emerald over these guys any day.

We came on a very busy weekend not knowing. The young man that picked us up at the train station helped us find a hotel room he was so kind and helpful and honest. I wish I would of got his name or cab number to call the company and tell them how great he was. Thank you young sir

They respond promptly and the live tracking link is pretty useful. Clean vehicles and respectful drivers. Recommended!
