Great shop. Set me up with a PCI Express ethernet card that worked flawlessly in my system. Also provided advice to fix a printer issue, rather than charging me a service fee to fix the printer.

I sent my laptop in to have a hinge fixed after dropping, since I've had it returned to me(which took a month because they originally didn't even look at the cause, only guessed, and they were short parts. Which meant I had to wait even longer. I get people make mistakes, or try to cut corners. It would have been fine by me if it had been properly diagnosed to begin with.) The Webcam cover was missing(off the new part they ordered, so I had to go back to get my old one put back into the new piece) then the logo on the new back piece is coming off, plus the laptop no longer goes to sleep" after I close the lid

i bought a msi motherboard through here and after i had the motherboard installed in my pc for about a month when all the usb's stopped working, i called them up and they said to drop off the pc and they will look at it. there was nothing they could do about it so they took the motherboard out of my pc and shipped it to msi and got a new motherboard sent back, they intalled the new one in my pc for me. everything was hassle free and didnt cost me a dime. they stand behind there products and fix any problems you may have, that's great customer service! TLDR:Good stock, and reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prompt and efficient orders if not in stock. Locally owned, not a big box brand.Long Version:The staff there are very knowledgeable about their inventory and the industry, as well as they are always trying to bring in new and competitive products for gaming PC's.They have always been helpful and willing to chat if you want to, if not they'll leave you to your business, ring up your order, and wish you a nice day.They aren't the cheapest option, but are a locally owned store and are competitive with all big box stores such as Staples or Best Buy, so unless you want to search around on the internet and pay a premium for shipping, they are your best option.I have no experience with their service desk as I do all my own maintenance, but from what I see they are very reasonably priced.
