Dairy Queen (Treat)

This is our family’s go to Dairy Queen! Whether we are getting blizzards or a cake, we are never disappointed with our order. The location is clean and the service is wonderful! We have always been greeted with a smile and will continue to return to this location.

This place does not have anything. All they have is vanilla ice cream. The menu offers hot dogs, a variety of sundae flavors, and other items. I asked for a hot dog, and they said they didn't have that, I asked for a slushy, and they didn't have that, I asked for a chocolate sundae, and they didn't have the chocolate syrup. I asked them if they had any blizzard flavors, and they said only oreo. I asked them well, What do you have?" And the lady said just said vanilla ice cream. I mean

This Dairy Queen is so terrible. The boy at the counter took my $50 for a sundae I purchased. He knew my Uber was waiting and that I was in a rush and didn’t give me my change back. I went back and they told me that there was nothing. They told me that the register recorded that I gave him $10 when I am certain I gave him $50 as it was all the cash that I had. They were unbearably unhelpful and management/the owner will not take action against their terrible staff. I’m so disappointed because I go there all the time and the one time I paid with cash is when they took advantage of me. Don’t go and definitely do not go at nighttime!!

Came in around 2am after a shift with some work friends celebrating one of our coworker friends last day. Hanine had great customer service and made our visit so great! <3

The flavour I tried for blizzard was Reese’s and I found it OKayish!Customer service is good, the guy on the counter was friendly and the below is only a suggestion and not a complaint.When asked for a mini size, he responded like who takes a mini size atleast get a small. His intention might be honest and a recommendation so that we are not disappointed by less quantity but just that it didn’t sound out that way. We were asked if are we trying dairy queen for the first time. Let the customer choose and don’t ridicule the choice, there has to be a better way to put across a recommendation for a bigger serving size even if it’s not an upsell as you cannot assume how much appetite a customer has. I wasn’t offended by this because we talked in a friendly manner but someone else might.And you want be surprised, I only ate half the blizzard of the mini because it was still too much for me.Would I visit again? YES and would still be liked to served by same guy as he was friendly, but will try another flavour.

Its worst. Their cakes and ice creams are waste of money. They provide frozen cakes and extremely expensive ones. I got birthday cake for 47 dollars and I do not recommend this brand to anyone. Extremely disatisfied.

we visited Dairy Queen and the night staff was so welcoming and sweet! We were helped by Henine and she made our night amazing!! we will be back

Hanine was amazing and very kind and friendly. myself and a few friends came in around 2 am and she provided wonderful service!

Horrible experience. Staff needs extensive training on soft skills and overall customer service skills. We waited over 12 minutes for a hotdog which was over cooked and had a soggy bun.
