Enhanced Care Clinic - Peterborough

If I could give a 0 star I would have... Not sure what the doctora are like but when I called and got a pharmacist lady she was rude rude rude! All I wanted was to speak to the receptionist of the walk in clinic and she was talking to me like she owned the place!! She was very rude and I hope that carma hits her hard!!! All I wanted was help for my 3 year old daughter... Something that would have taken 2 mins... It wasn't her call to tell me no... She is just a worker and I wanted to speak to someone who worked for the doctor.. not the pharmacy!!! She needs to re learn customer service! B**ch!

The ladies at the front were absolutely wonderful. I had a problem with my health card but they told me how to get it fixed and when I came back, they got me in almost immediately. I was very sick and a lady with dark hair treated me so well and was very caring. I would go back again if needed.

I’ve had a great experience here, the staff and pharmacists were amazing. I was able to get in quite quickly and they were able to give me the help I needed on the spot!

I have only used the telephone side of this clinic. I call the pharmacy and arrange the phone call from a doctor working" the clinic that day. No set appointment tome

Process was quick and efficient. I Was signed up, got a call from a doctor and had a prescription in hand within 1.5 hours, 40 min of which was waiting for the prescription to be filled. Doctor and pharmacist were friendly and helpful. Pretty quick in the scheme of things, and having lost my family physician it was much quicker than I would have assumed it could have taken in terms of walk in clinics. Note, I had a fairly straightforward issues and showed up when I opened, so I get that not all experiences may be the same.

Absolutely absurd, took 3 hours of me waiting in my car to finally talk to a doctor, which the conversation lasted 2 minutes. Then I had to wait for an additional 2 hours for the prescription to fill. Finally once getting the prescription the lady at the front gave me a lot of attitude. Completely outrageous. Anyone who cares about themselves and wants good health care should never come here.

Had my number taken because they were setting me up with a nurse with a $65.oo charge but no one called. Not funny to let people down who are counting on you. Only gave you a star so I could post.

To be clear it's not the pharmacy it's the virtual care clinic. Disorganizedwaste of time. The doctor was rude , lacked any empathy and didn't have the time of day to listen to my request for referral to surgeon.Never will go back again. don't waste your time .
