SparkPath

I had the pleasure of working with SparkPath and JP recently for two events. JP is an exceptional speaker and person. He provided in depth views of career development for youth that spoke to both adults and the younger generation. He truly changes the way anyone should think about choosing a career path. I would be fortunate to be able to work with him again and hope to do so.

JP helped our son to work through his first career decision (which University Programs to consider) with a thorough and methodical process. This experience in how to make a career decision with confidence will no doubt serve our son well for a life-time of progressive career choices and decisions. This type of reflection, discernment and decision making is a life skill and we feel gratified that JP was able to inspire our son to embrace the process with the commitment that is evident in the outputs and the outcome. He not only feels good about his decision about University but also now has an experience in applying a methodical approach to this type of decision. There is no doubt that the coaching and inspiration provided by JP were essential to this first career decision experience for our son.

I found the program to be very helpful in finding a field that interests me. Through mini tasks and interesting questionnaires, I, with the help of my counsellor, were able to find my strengths and weaknesses in various fields to narrow my options before choosing my university program. I enjoyed my experience and am happy to have worked with my counsellor, who was very supportive and helped me make my decision.I would highly recommend him if anyone needs career counselling.
