Chad and Matthew from Endeavour have been an asset to our migration from a local Microsoft Exchange server to Office 365. Their detailed understanding of the MS environment as well as the technical challenges we had made for a supported and successful migration. The were available when we needed and even knew quickly when issues required escalation.We were also able to optimize our subscription licenses ensuring we had the right mix at the best price!

Endeavour Solutions assisted us with the implementation of our new software Microsoft GP. Adam has always been my go to person and without a doubt the most knowledgeable person with any task I have brought to him. He makes any job or query top priority. He even stayed and assisted on New Year's Eve with our 1st year end! Jimmy and I were so grateful! When I talk Endeavour with anyone I tell them to ask for or email Adam if you want it done right the first time!

We switched from another partner to Endeavour this quarter and the level of expertise and professionalism has been noted by all of our team. The quality experience compared to prior provider is exceptional. Specifically, our Project Manager Tony has provided superior guidance and a very smooth transition. Technicians we have spent the most time with (Lynn and Yaz) have taken us farther in one month than our progress in the last 8 months. As odd as it sounds the level of guidance and expertise we have experienced has caused us to DELAY our go live with multiple companies because we now realize how much MORE we can do to create the best user experience as well as enhanced Quality of data. We had a fairly significant migration effort, at least significant as far as we were concerned, which involved an extensive repair of existing on-site servers that we had inherited from a previous IT department that were not performing as well as they should. The team at Endeavour cleaned up our active directory's synchronizing issues, and our security settings, and migrated us from an on-premise Exchange 2012 server to the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. We're excited about the new opportunities for automation, data storage and sharing, flexibility, diversity of devices, and a more user-centric model that provides more business potential for our teams.
