Dr N Kumar

I have an inflamed gout attack. They wouldn’t see me in the building made me wait out side on crutches or asked me to go to the car they would call me and give me a prescription. Which out diagnosing my problem. Dr. Kumar is amazing but this place of business is the worst. Today I’m trying to get in touch with them and told the receptionist I need to talk to a doctor I have a gout attack and I’m in dire pain. She’s is like they will give me a call tomorrow!!! Poor poor service for a health facility. I called from 9am to 1pm my family doctor. Not one call was answered or messaged returned, to hear everyone is done for the day.

Unprofessional & Rude Staff. Two month ago Doctor ask me for some Diagnose test but they still doesn't send half of them to diagnose center. Even they not pick the phone. When i change the doctor and ask them to send my record to my new family doctor, they ask me to pay $70. They don’t care at all, No sense of customer service. Taniya is a good doctor with worst Team member.

Worst administration ever seen in any Dr clinic my entire life. To Dr Kumar and Dr Tanya. The doctors are really good but the receptionists are absolutely horrible if not the worst! They never pick up the phone when you need to book and appointment and when a time is given you are never called at that time, maybe 2-4 hours after whenever they feel like calling. I had seen Dr Kumar beginning of august and was given a referral to be sent to the neurologist to book an appointment. I need the neurologist to medically clear me in order to obtain my license back to work. It had been over a month and I still hadn’t even gotten a phone call from the neurologist to book the appointment let alone even have one yet. I decided to go into the office to see what was taking so long and it turned out Dr kumars receptionist didn’t even or forgot to even fax the referral to the neurologist!!!!! I called him immediately and told her what happened and they just shrugged it off. 1 month and a half worth of appointments were booked before me because of her lazy, unacceptable mistake that really affected my life. Like I said earlier I need my license to provide! Not only that but when they were accepting walk ins before the pandemic I found her a bit racist. People would walk in after me and get seen by the doctor before me. I understand appointments come first but I was in a situation once when I was told someone had an appointment before me, when that person came out the doctors room I ended up asking that person if they had a appointment or was it a walk in. They told me it was a walk in and I instantly snapped and was let in the room right after proving my whole point. Very bad receptionist. Unemotional, unprofessional, unacceptable!

I went to see the Doctor with an appointment, After sitting and waiting I was told by the RUDE staff that doctor is not able to see it. I requested multiple times that I needed to see the doctor urgent as I need to get my meds refilled. I was refused my request. I requested to talk to the doctor i was refused as the the staff told me that doctor instructed her staff that she won't be able to see me despite the fact that her staff booked the appointment and knowing that i need my medications.They have been very unprofessional; they never answer their phone, never return phone call and nor follow-up with the patients. I have brought to the doctor's attention and complained in the past they took zero action in improving their services or concerned about any of their patients.Their staff is absolutely RUDE, unconcerned and have no basic adequate to working at a healthcare facility.

I have been going to this clinic from last 10 years. Doctor Tanya is the best doctor I have seen so far. I highly recommend her. However, admin staff and nurses are THE WORSE part of this establishment. I am seeing so many reviews about staff and it is still same staff. Not sure why doctors can't just let them go. Seems like staff is frustrated from their life and they want to to take it out on patients. They don't follow proper procedure. I was suppose to get tetanus shot and get my blood work done and one the nurse logged in that I got the shot but never gave me the shot. I went back enquiring about it and she said she confused me with another patient. I HOPE they dont kill someone like that in some confusion. I really really really request doctor tanya to change her staff and get some highly educated, motivated and humble staff. Who are in this field to help others like she is, not just as it is a JOB.

World’s worst front desk service. They don’t care at all. Unprofessional & Rude Staff. Dr. Tania is a really nice and knowledgeable doctor but they really need a online booking system because they don't ever pick up the phone which is really frustrating.

World’s worst front desk service. They don’t care at all. If they are doing their lunch they don’t open the front door even though you are in any emergency. First time I’ve seen this in my entire life. No sense of customer service. They never answer the calls. If anyhow they answers then they put you on a hold for 15-20 minutes easily, but yes they do have headphones in their ears to talk on their personal phone. They don’t want to miss that.Dr Tania is very professional and I admire her. She is really nice but Doctors you need to change your front staff.

These doctors are the worse doctors. Specially dr Tania ,she only sends you to specialist if you tell her that you want to go .They were my family doctor but I realize they they don’t know what to do.

Actually I work overnights and daytime is my sleeping time, As I was getting calls again and again, I picked and answered few calls and told them that the number doesn’t belong to a doctor. I tried asking few people about your clinic information so that we can communicate through call however there was long waiting times, Hence I prefer to post a review on website so you and your team can make changes so that everything can go smoothly in everybody’s life.
