Very small library. I have not been to a library in some time and was a bit disappointed in the layout. The only sections offered are fiction and nonfiction. Locating specific titles relies heavily on using their online indexing system to locate the titles you are looking for. Browsing by genre worked be a huge benefit.

Great library! Has a great selection of books in all genres. Videos, computers, study rooms, childrens section.. etc.The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very welcoming.Great job everyone!!

This just might be my favourite place in Waterloo. They’ve got a great selection of books and you can even borrow board games and jigsaw puzzles! The librarians are super helpful and friendly too.

Great Library, Staff are very friendly, it has all the community activities like GYM, Swimming pool classes and Playgrounds, etc.. Free parking available, It has a quiet study zone where you can focus on your study

if it were possible to give this library 0 stars i would. i’ve had not just one but TWO bad experiences here in terms of their study rooms. first i had the rudest university students tell me to get out a study room after they were 10 minutes late to their reservation which according to library policy means you must forfeit the room. today i was told that my 3 hour reservation had been cancelled because i was 11 minutes late. i will never be coming back to this library. you need to have 0 brain cells in order to have policies this terrible. the worst library i have ever stepped foot in.
