Outstanding service from Vlad.Having only been in Canada less than 2 weeks, Vlad worked tirelessly to help get me in the best possible vehicle he could, under the circumstances, and as quickly as possible. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything I could possibly query, from technical/mechanical questions to driving regulations and financing options.I genuinely believe that Vlad did the very best he possible could with me and my situation and he even went to the effort of reaching out to me after the sale with further useful information, pertinent to my new vehicle.Would highly recommend Vlad's service.

Still waiting a Year later for them to fix the damage that was done by their employee before purchase. They also promised a refinance after 6 months to a year. Went in and was told Oh the bank won't let me" Straight up Lied to by their sales people. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone. Also Doesn't matter what price range you tell them. They will just go dig out cars that are twice the price you want. They just dont care about what budget you have. They also Hound you for 4 months looking for a good review."

I bought a car out of desperation, and only found out later it was way over priced, and had multiple problems. When I booked it in to have just one of the problems fixed, they had it for two hours, and didn’t fix the issue. They said they would look at it again. I told him I could not takeoff more work for no reason. I was so angry I left before I said something mean.So here I am with a car that was priced about 2x what it’s worth. I feel ripped off and angry, but I’ve never felt any other way after buying a car, so it’s to be expected I guess. I’ll just keep putting more money into this car, because I wouldn’t get a quarter of what I paid, if I traded it in now.If you are desperate for a car, so you can get to work, and pay your bills, don’t go here. It has been a nightmare.

Lethbridge House of Cars (Liam) is interested in buying vehicle. He directed us to here. We went for the appraisal and Edson gave us a quote saying the car is good, shook hands and made an appointment to handover car today. Today, we went and the branch completely went back on their word. They wanted another inspection for another day. Then they said they never inspected and that’s why they needed to. Why did they shake our hand and give us a price? Why did they give us an appointment to take the vehicle? They don’t value their word, peoples time and money. I FEEL they take advantage of your situation. I’ve heard things in general about HoC but I should have taken the word of mouth to heart. I don’t want another person to experience so that’s why I am publicly writing this.
