Avoid this Notary at all cost.By the way, the notary was referred by the seller's agent, don't do that eitherI was purchasing a house back in 2013-2014. I finalized everything with the seller, but they don't have the certification of location ready at the time we signed offer. The new certification location they ordered came later (don't know when the Notary received the cert). When we went to sign the deed of sale 1 of 2 meetings (she had a schedule conflict, so she scheduled 2 meetings with us), her colleague gave us some explanation and showed us the new certification of location. I found some strangething right away, and asked a copy of the cert.After further review the cert, I found the land was occupied by two servitude, total more than 1/4 surface of the whole land. However, the notary did not tell me anything about this, and she still moved forward to ask me to sign the deed of sale!! On the same day of observe the servitude issue, I asked her to stop all the work. However, she still charged me for more than $900 (it is more than 80% of overall price). It is totally unbelievable! Don't use this notary.
