Spot Off Automotive Detailing

I called these guys one day to check if they can do a full interior detailing for my BMW. They gave a initial quote of 120$ when I added that it has lots of pet hairs the price was increased to 140$. They next to I took took the car their garage shop, after taking a look inside they again increased the price to $ 160 saying it had a lot a pet hair, I understood that they will have to work a bit more for cleaning the car so I agreed and left the car with them.After 3 hours I get a text asking me if I can come to the shop so I get to the shop. They said they can't work on my car because it had lot of pet hair and they will need a while day and would be charging another 160 $ or hourly charge. I was assured that detailing would be done for the agreed price. After this I had no reason to trust their word. So I decided to take back my car. For that they charged me 120$. Looking at the car I can say they hardly worked 20 min on it. Yet decided to charge full price.Never going back here again.
