Hands down the most reliable, trustworthy auto shop, and they really care about your vehicle being in good shape. Unlike many auto shops, they won’t add in unnecessary fixes and will actually do their best to make repairs reasonably priced and done quickly. I have had other places quote me expensive repairs just to have Mike or Mario look and find that nothing is actually wrong.They know all of their customers by name and take time to remember little details about you which makes the whole experience so much better.Everyone should have a mechanic experience this reliable!

I’ve been going here for two decades and Mario is the only honest mechanic left in the city. It irritates me to see the occasional bad review on here as it’s bull and a difficult customer. My father went here - and now my son does - they are always fair and I have full trust in them - lost track of how many people I have referred here. Be warned though - it’s a busy place and always packed and if you want to whine about busy parking lot there are lots of mechanics with empty ones which is for a reason

Made an appointment here to install new skins on the rims. They had me in the next day and had them installed no complaints. Friendly service with a smile. Definitely recommend to friends.

This is a terrible place, DO NOT go there! They will over charge you for every little thing they do and will not communicate about any problems your car has. They will gouge you for simple inspections, pretty sure they will make your car have more problems and they are not friendly in the slightest. I'm pretty sure my car is worse off for taking it to that shop. Definitely not a space for anyone other than cis straight men.

Far exceeded my expectation of exceptional service! I was in for some serious surgery under the hood. My friend dropped their truck off for an engine replacement... When he went to pick up his truck he was advised there was damage to the back drivers side of the box. He advised the damage was NOT there prior to dropping it off and it looked like someone tried to pound out the damage... These people refuse to help as they cant find any footage of the damage occurring... If they looked hard enough they would see it wasn't dropped with the damage in question. If that wasn't enough after he left the shop his oil light came on, Returned and was charged for a repair. Did i mention it went in for a new motor? My friend is a very honest older gentleman who doesn't like to stir the pot but i don't like to see people taken advantage of. DO NOT go here! Pays to go to a larger outfit as they have systems in place to correct these scams. This is truely unfortunate as we should all support the little guys, in this case it turns people away from the smaller shops due to the lack of systems in place to protect what you own (Paid with hard worked dollars).

I don’t like to leave a bad review. Part of this was my own fault. I was recommended to this place by a mechanic that I have some good history with. I called to make an appointment, but rather than a solid time, I was invited to bring it on down right then. I wasn’t available, so I suggested Friday, and again rather than a specific time, I didn’t get the sense this dude was even holding a pen. (Maybe he’s just that good! Hopefully!) Anyway, their tiny parking lot had what seemed like dozen of cars parked every which-way,like they were dropped out of a helicopter. Guys—if you’re this busy, think about a bigger lot, or some street parking.I goofed and had my ringer off when they called, so rather than fix any of the things I asked for, it got nothing, but I’ll take that blame. At least there were no surprises. While trying to switch cars there, I found there is no street parking for miles. Seriously a long ways away. So perhaps 5 or so of the 30 cars seemingly upside down and tipped over on their grass berm, belonged to their employees. I do know there was a car front and center double parking a couple of cars that was totalled.I got that classic “can’t do that, til I do this”, and left feeling apprehensive that anything substantial had been done. The pulling I brought the truck down for persists, and I just get that “don’t trust mechanics” feeling. I hope others love this place, and I just didn’t connect with them. It wasn’t exactly cheap though.Seriously, friend, if you’re looking at mechanics, consider going to a dealer and getting a new car. Old cars are a money pit. You’ll never get your money back.
