I got my wisdom teeth out here, procedure only took 20 minutes. I recovered with 0 pain, swelling or issues. Quick recovery! Very pleased with the service.

Very rude and unprofessional, I wish there was a ZERO star option. My dentist referred me to them for my jaw pain/issue (emergency). The office admin called me (without knowing exactly what I'm suffering from, not diagnosed yet) asking for me to confirm payment when my appointment is still in 4 weeks. Payment is ~ $690 CAD.She called me during my work day, I picked up and apologized for being busy at work and asked if I can call back she said ok you have 10 MINUTES to call back otherwise she threatened to postpone my appointment further.She called me again in 2 hours saying, you have to confirm if you're going to pay TODAY otherwise I will charge you a cancellation fee (FOUR WEEKS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT) and appt. was booked only 2 hours ago.Also, when I said that they never mentioned that there's a cancellation fee, she said well you didn't have time to listen"!!!!!!I definitely won't be going there (although my insurance company would pay for 100%)."

My ten year old fixed implant denture fractured. Could not get it serviced in original place. Gave the Bloor Clinic a call. The staff there were very professional and friendly. They quickly gave me an appointment, repaired the denture and reinstalled it. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Will go to clinic for any further dental needs. Recommend them highly!

Went to the Bloor clinic to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Lo and the rest of the staff were exceptional. Wonderful office and experience. Two thumbs up!

Dr Karl Cuddy, Grace and nurses were amazing during my son’s 3 dental surgeries. They gave us an estimate which was explained in details. The day of each the surgery explained the procedure again and let me know how it was going and keep me updating with his recovery from the anesthesia. It was a 2 years process and I am happy with the results and they made it less stressful for us. Thank you so much for your hard work!!!

Dr. Duchnay's appointment that I had several months ago:Pros: Quick appointment scheduling (2 days)Cons:-The high initial appointment cost of $300 increased to $425 without explanation. (for simple talking" and "scaring the patient tactics");-Poor communication skills

I was supposed to have all of my wisdom teeth removed last August and scheduled an appointment months in advance. Approximately 2 weeks before the appointment, it was cancelled because the anesthesiologist was not available. The appointment was never rebooked and as we are in a pandemic at the moment, I’m not sure when I will ever be able to get them removed. My wisdom teeth removal has been long overdue, causing me cavities, movement of my teeth, and severe jaw pain due to their inability to schedule their doctors accordingly. Don’t waste your time trying to get an appointment if your teeth are important to you. They don’t consider your health and well-being here at all. Another note, I called in many times and even went in to speak to the receptionist from August until February in attempt to reschedule and they would just tell me to wait for them to call. Completely unprofessional, and to think I paid hundreds of dollars for a consultation just to continue to experience nearly ongoing pain and discomfort.
