Lillooet's Cookhouse Restaurant
I had a fish and chips and some hot wings at this place. The food and service were both great. The young chef is clearly proud of his art and pays attention to details. The staff are friendly and kind.My suggestion for improvement is to preheat the plates as the food quickly gets cold in cold days. Serving the wings in wood baskets could also help on this.

We were about 15. All received our choice from the menu in a reasonably short time. The size is generous. I sure recommend.

Lillooet's Cookhouse Restaurant
Popped in here at the recommendation of our hotel owner (Retasket Lodge). This is a nothing-special restaurant that is actually really quite special. Good old fashioned Canadian restaurant with really well made classics.We had a pizza amongst some other appies; the pizza was hearty and thick with a really great homemade pizza dough crust that was cooked perfectly and crispy through to the bottom.

Good service. The food is much better than my expectations. The roast lamb is tasty and almost sufficient for two adults. The pizza has twice amount of toppings as you would get in Vancouver. Just the dough is not very good. Overall I like the restaurant.

Nice place with a nice mountain view from the patio! The servers were extremely friendly and helpful! The food however was overpriced for the portions... tiniest Greek salad ever with the chicken souvlaki, only 1 chicken skewer, bland rice and green beans instead of potatoes! The spaghetti squash bolognese was delicious however ...AND my vodka and cranberry did not taste any vodka

This place is amazing. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on our way from Whistler to Vernon. Food was amazing and our server Sarah was top notch. Can’t recommend this place enough for someone passing through Lillooet.

Good food and excellent service! I ordered the lamb dinner, sangria, and cherry cheesecake. Overall, main dish is flavourful, and it wasn’t too bad for serving size vs price (price is to be expected as Lillooet is a smaller/tourist town). Sangria was also good. And the cherry cheesecake was not too sweet! The server working June 9, 2021 in the evening is the best service I’ve experienced/seen in such a long time! So so attentive to customers’ needs! And she greets everyone so warmly! 5/5 for service!

This was a wonderful dining experience enjoyed with 2 friends, sharing a roadtrip reunion after 52 years of friendship. The service was impeccable. The food was home made and delicious. I have never tasted a more wonderful Yorkshire pudding! Compliments to the owner, the cooks, and the servers. I returned for breakfast because we were so pleased and enjoyed more of the same! Thank you!
