I just wanted to leave my comments on my experience in dealing with Waypoint Insurance recently, and in particular Kamilla Seefried. I called them up to set up tenant's insurance (for a brand new building, I might add) and although the new building was not yet established in their system, Kamilla made the process for me so seamlessly easy, especially with her kind, friendly, easy-going personality. It was all set up within a day or so. I would highly recommend anyone looking for insurance to give them a call and ask for Kamilla Seefried - you will be happy that you did. :)

I have dealt with the turner road office for a number of years, but now that the staff seem to be changing, the knowledge and professionalism is missing.I tried to get my semi back into my name and i had 2 associates working on it, no return phone calls and they wanted to charge me the full tax amount ($3000) when it should only be $28.This is not good customer service..
