This is my third time as a customer for auto body repair at Saunders. Estimator Andrew always provides friendly, efficient and excellent customer service with reasonable estimates. I will have to wait a few months for parts, but supply-chain issues have been a problem for much of the Covid pandemic and out of his control. Recommended!

Saunders did an outstanding job to get my car back on the road. My insurance company was going to write my car off , then turned around and decided to repair it. This was over the course of several weeks before they decided. Saunders ordered parts and then worked very hard to get me in my car before my rental had to go back. I highly recommend their service and professionalism .

My car was in as a result of someone rear-ending me. I was confused on a couple things my husband told me, and of course I questioned them. They handled things so professionally and I felt bad that I put them through the questions! Even when I questioned them on my hitch and discrepancy from what my husband told me was on my car they dug through the disposed mess and confirmed my hitch. How kind to ease my mind! Probably wont listen to my husband much about that stuff again. haha. Ill leave it to the professionals. They did a bang up job, haha and they were super friendly too. Thank you

Had rust warranty work done twice here. Both times car came back with terrible road noise, doors not even lined up properly, cracked panel and air bag not hooked back up. Not happy at all with service after leaving my vehicle there for 8 days.

Sadly I had to use the collision center and a deer didn't like my car being on the Road. I spoke with Andrew who booked me in and it got towed to them, I was giving a rough 2 week time frame as they had to order parts etc, well that same week Howie Called and my car was ready and was completely fixed. They are fast, efficient and very friendly.....great bunch of people.

CSN Saunders was great to work with. They kept me up to date on when parts were coming in, which during all of these supply chain issues isn't easy, and did a fantastic job repairing my SUV. I can't even see where the work was done. I highly recommend them.

Got my plate back but not the rest of the stuff out of my car like the Compressor that I borrowed from my Dad, etc that was in the trunk. My car was smashed in rear end and had no way to retrieve it. So didn't get my possessions back that was in the trunk. Other than that they were friendly and helpful with everything else.
