Dominic Legault the sales rep and go to guy" came to give us a quote very knowledgeable no bull talk and knows his stuff that left us with a good impression of the company Scheel Windows. Todd and Russell good old valley boys from Arnprior installed our 7 windows and did a professional great job and it was a pleasure to talk and deal with the two of them. I had my 21-year-old widows and patio door replaced by Scheel. The windows and patio door were installed as promised on time and relatively fast considering there were about 20 windows and a patio door. There were some minor issues but they were resolved quickly (they really want you to be a satisfied customer). All I can say, Brian and the whole Scheel team were easy to deal with and give great customer service/support. Highly recommended.

Scheel Window & Door provided absolutely incredible workmanship in their installation of a sliding door and moving a 3 pane window to a wall.I appreciated their whole process: A quick and simple quote, a visit or two pre install to ensure sizing/ possible issues are accounted for, and an effective install.The installers were very professional and clean.I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs door/window/ etc work.

As someone with limited knowledge on the matter, I found myself overwhelmed by the vast array of choices and varying costs. The prospect of selecting the right options and a reputable company for the job was daunting.Among the four companies I reached out to for quotes, Scheel Window and Door stood out immediately due to the exceptional level of knowledge and expertise demonstrated by their sales representative, Dominic Legault. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Dominic possessed an in-depth understanding of the industry and was able to offer valuable insights and recommendations tailored to my specific needs. His prior experience as an installer gave him an added advantage over other companies' sales representatives. He was always on time, patient, and prompt in addressing my questions and concerns, which took a lot of the stress out of the equation and helped me make an informed decision.What ultimately sold me on Scheel was that they have a seasoned installation manager, Steve Baker, and in-house installers, plus they manufacture their own windows in Arnprior. This means that I could go directly to them if there are any issues, rather than being passed around between multiple parties as some of the other companies outsource their manufacturing and use contract installers. Scheel’s windows are also of higher quality than those found at builders or box stores. Additionally, while their price quotes were comparable to the other three quotes, they offer better value and service.When it came to the installation process, Jeff and Steve, the installers, were efficient, effective, and personable. They did a fantastic job with minimal disruption and, before I knew it, I had beautiful new windows, patio door, and front door. I really like my six new windows. They are really beautiful. They make each room of our house look and feel really nicer, almost new (a large bay window, a bathroom window, two bedroom windows, one hallway window, and one very large living room window).My first contact with Scheel was through Dominic Legault, a very positive, honest, knowledgeable, friendly professional. This is our 3rd time purchasing and having Scheel Window and Door install a combination of windows and doors for our house and for our rental property. The folks from the sales department are sharp, knowledgeable and helpful. We received high quality products on time and in one case, much earlier than anticipated which was very helpful for our renovation project. We will definitely make any future window and/or door purchase from Scheel.
