F&G Delivery LTD.

Their drivers totally ignored the traffic rules. Saw their driver changed from most right lane to the left turn lane. Their crane blocked the whole intersection ( from most right lane to left turn lane, that were 3 lanes total). Even a lot of cars were honking, they didn’t feel embarrassed/guilty at all. Please don’t use their service to save driver’s lives on the road.

We have been utilizing F & G's delivery services for a couple of years now and they have never let us down. The drivers are careful, the dispatchers are helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for? A great company that we rely on weekly.

I imported some composite decking and needed a local deliver company to deliver the goods to my customers. F&G handled everything including arranging the container to be destuffed and then delivered several shipments in the lower mainland. The delivery fees were very reasonable, and the handlers were careful with each shipment. My customers were very happy. I highly recommend them.

We used them to move our Seacan to our next job site. I was positively surprised by the simplicity of the ordering process, and the execution of the delivery. Everything went smoothly, and we were very happy with the service. Seemed a little bit expensive, but then again pickup within 2 hours of calling and delivery to our site was worth it.

Requested a quote for a hot tub to be lifted from front driveway to backyard deck. Upon site assessment received quote for $1,300. Via email and text, authorized to pay by Visa $1,300.On date of service, wrong crane was dispatched and had no supporting tools to do the job. After five hours of waiting, help arrived and got the job partially done in 15 minutes while destroying part property. Due to the botched job and wrong crane dispatched, I incurred an extra $500 cost as the tub was lowered at the wrong place.Most of all, F&G charged my Visa for $2,000 instead of $1,300 as agreed upon quote received and, without even any invoice, advise or notification, they charge me yet again for another $471.81 blindly despite no authorization given for any charges. No invoice or explanation until requested refunding all unauthorized Visa transactions. A totally botched job, driver of crane sitting, waiting for tools he should have had for over four hours, watching movies on Amazon Prime yet F&G charging my for 7hrs of labor? It is time to step up to dishonest service.

I had a shed delivered by F&G on 31 March 2023 from one location to the next and lifted into the backyard.I have to say the service was excellent starting in the office and the delivery by the drivers as well.Thank you

I work for an engineering firm and we have used F&G for about 10 years and have always had excellent service. If they had any questions regarding our pick-ups they called. We moved to a new office 5 years ago and they had everything moved in 3 days and some of our testing equipment is the size of a large shed and very heavy. I would recommend them to anyone.

If it could be zero it would. They did a 3.5 hour job and charged for 8 hours and you have to give credit card info before work commences so you can't stop them from stealing your money!!! 100% do not use this company or you could be the next victim! I see others have experienced this also. Do not recommend and thats very unfortunate since the operators don't deserve this on their reputation.Ps. I have 15 years experiance in the transportation industry and haven't seen a local company with so many trucks do such a thing... Very sad to see.

Crossed paths with one of their trucks this morning driving a school bus with kids on board. Driver was incredibly rude and inconsiderate of all other traffic waiting for lights at mt Lehman -Fraser hwy. then forcing his way into my lane. I’m sure the twenty plus cars he cut off were equally impressed. Hope this driver does not reflect the business so boldly advertised.

We get deliveries to my place of work pretty much every single day from F&G. There has never been an issue, they are always on time, and the drivers have always been helpful. We receive many deliveries every day, but F&G Transport are EASILY the best to deal with. Keep doing what you do!
