Always friendly and multiple options given. Diagnosis are clear and concise. Dr. Dulay always puts your mind at ease. Pam the hygienist is great at getting to the nitty gritty and making your teeth sparkle (she knows i hate her job, but i respect that she makes it as enjoyable for me as possible). Everyone in the office is just fantastic, special shout out to Cheryl and Sharon, great customer service!

Dr. Dulay and his staff are amazing. They are so committed to do their best always. Excellent service. Dr. Dulay is caring, calm, patient and very professional. I am grateful to have a dentist like him. I highly recommend this dental office.

All the staff at Richmond Dental Centre are friendly and professional. Appointments and Financials are are quickly and competently administered by the knowledgeable Reception Staff. Dr Dulay is at the centre of this “family orientated” Dental Centre, and has been caring for our families dental requirements for over 12 years. Treatment options for specific dental work are explained by Dr Dulay to assist in selecting the best path forward fo dental procedures. The Dental Centre is supported by an excellent team of Assistants and Hygienists.

Best dentist office around. Dr. Dulay is so kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He definitely makes going to dentist office less scary. All his staff is wonderful, from the reception to the hygienists. They really make you feel welcomed and taken care of. If you're looking for a new dentist's office, I can't recommend this office enough!

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. The dentists and hygienists take the time to explain the procedures and any follow ups that may be needed. Location is very convenient and there is parking available. Highly recommend them.

Richmond Dental Centre takes great care in making you feel comfortable and satisfied. The wait is always minimal, and all the staff are lovely people. If you feel brave try the salted caramel fluoride at your next cleaning!
