Save On Cartridge Plus
the store is a bit cluttered, it is obvious this is a small business. I had my toner and ink cartridges refilled here, and both times the service was great, and the quality was more or less like getting a new toner and ink cartridge. This place saves a lot of money for me, especially on my toners, and the manager is very fair in his business dealings.

I've been having all of my printer needs taken care of at this place for quite a few years now and they've always been great in every way! This time he gave me a replacement Laser cartridge at the same price as a refill but my printer wouldn't recognize it. He didn't hesitate and gave me another new one to try. Great service!

The employee that helped me was extremely helpful. He helped me pick the right ink and told me how to properly use it. He took an interest in my day and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back here for all my ink needs.

I love this place. You will save a ton having your cartridges refilled instead of buying new ones. Andy is personable and professional. His business model shows he cares about the invironment. Re-use those cartridges don’t send them to our landfills. Lots of easy parking on Fraser Hwy, just across from Rex Pho. Also a hidden treasure on Fraser Hwy.

Save On Cartridge Plus
I used to get my ink cartridges filled at this store. I was very satisfied with the service and It was great to have a store so conveniently close by for me to get my ink cartridges refilled. I was be able to print-out a lot of homework assignments and articles, etc. Then after a year or so it appeared to me, in my opinion, that I wasn't getting nearly the same number of printouts compared to before. I usually buy new cartridges after the 3rd or 4th refill for proper ink flow. I started to take my ink cartridges to another SOCP store to be refilled and, in my opinion,for the last two years I have had great results every time.

If the owner has changed, good. If it's Andy, he needs to be more diligent.A few years ago I took a black toner cartridge & color cartridges for recharge. He (a) recharged the black one (b) sold me a new black one & (c) said my color ones can't be recharged, yet had 2 similar ones that were recharged. He billed me or all 3.I later found that (c) were my own color cartridges which he couldn't recharge. I had to dispose of them. If this was his mistake, it was a bad one.Further, when I opened the box for (b), the new black cartridge, I realized the plastic covering had been opened & taped back together. Since he billed me for a new toner, he should have ensured he.was giving me a new one, rather than a recharged one repacked.The toner he recharged for me in (a) lasted a long while & I am pleased with that. For this I am am giving him 2 stars. Yet for (b) and (c), he needs to be far more diligent.
