The ladies are always helpful. However the guy you had on the weekend I found very rude and not wanting to help my animal's best interest.

Our family has had Nothing but the BestCare and attention from Rick over the years and everyone that works at this clinic has been amazing. Thank you for always looking after my fury friends

Alberta Vet Center looks after both my horse and my dog. My 4 year old mare had a very major accident at the barn shortly after I purchased her. It had the potential to be career-ending for her, but Jess and the team were so awesome, she didn't get any infection, and never once even took a lame step and was back to full work with a 100% recovery six weeks later. The care was second to none, and I would highly recommend Alberta Vet to everyone. They truly care about their patients (and their nervous owners!).

Very rude and inconsiderate. I called on a holiday Monday with an issue. They answered so I assumed they were open. Told them my dogs nose was bleeding and they ask “so is it an emergency” rudely like 5 times?? Yes. Of course. Get told I’ll receive a call from on call vet. Not a single call at all. Very judgemental when I brought my dog in for biopsy. Rude to my SO as well when he went to pick up medication for my dog which we now plan to get from somewhere else. The vet himself is a nice guy, the front desk staff all have their noses so far up their you know what. They make going there unpleasant. We will not be returning.

I've never had a bad experience. Kind, caring staff. Don't overcharge. Have taken several dogs in over the last 10 years

I have been to Alberta Vet numerous times and have found both Drs and all staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. They have consistently delivered exceptional care and a very reasonable price and will continue to be my vet of choice.

Staff is caring to the pets needs and the parents of the fur baby too. Dr Jess and Dr Rick are so great and you can see that they feel your pain and really care about the pets. The front staff is great and very welcoming. Best vet I have had and pricing was better then many other clinics

Alberta Vet recently performed Colic Surgery on our horse. Not just any horse...this is one of our families pride and joy. I had never dealt with Alberta Vet previously so was somewhat nervous but had heard great things. The Team at Alberta Vet including Dr. Rick and Dr. Sanchez were outstanding! Not only did they keep me up to date on everything...they helped me decide my options while being clear about all outcomes. The whole experience was outstanding and our horse is doing great and the incision spot looks incredible! They have even followed up to see how he is doing and make sure everything was going well now that he has left the clinic. The cost comparison was also fantastic and I would recommend them and their team!

First time visiting the clinic. I was pleased with the level of customer service and knowledge. It was great sharing the same energy and love of livestock with the clinic. Thank you so much for all your help!
